    Ingredients:
    60g Dressing
    60g Olive oil
    60g Vegetable oil
    24g Mustard
    2.4g Salt
    0.6g Black pepper
    28g Wine vinegar
    Salt, to taste
    1.5tbsp Sherry vinegar
    Spiky lettuce, to serve
    Chicory, to serve
    1 Poached egg
    1 slice Homemade bacon
    A few croutons
    A dash of vinegar
    Enjoy the local salad recipe the chef has been eating since he was a child.
