This was hands down the best bow tie tutorial on YT. You didn’t make it look so simple, you made doing it so simple. Outstanding job.

I'll be damned. I have tried other sites to master the bow tie and all seemed well until the folding the second piece through. Your video is the only one that has actually taking time to show this is not cumbersome. Thanks for the tutorial video.

Your's is the first "How to tie a bow tie" that actually goes through all the steps, shows you what to look for, and doesn't rush through the process. I just bought 3 ties on a whim when I was looking through a "closing soon" store, and had no idea how to tie them. After watching a dozen videos, I found yours, and, while it doesn't look quite as dapper as yours does (especially because I'm wearing a Nightmare Before Christmas t-shirt) it actually resembled a bow ties. Thank you!
    P.S. Love the hair style!

Aloha! First "Bow Tie" video that made it truly understandable to tie the mysterious "bow" correctly. And the links (especially to allexpress) are GREATLY appreciated. That's an AMAZING website with AWESOME deals. So glad I now know about it - thanks to you.
I participate in the Distinguished Gentlemen's Ride every year to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer research. It's a motorcycle rally of older classic bikes and distinguished gentlemen that dress up and ride. It's less leather and more suit and tie. It is a worldwide venue taking place in many cities around the world in September. NOT your typiecal motorcycle rally. (plenty of videos about it here on UA-cam) And a Bow Tie is PERFECT for this venue since it looks great and doesn't blow in the wind like a regular necktie on a motorcycle. Now, since I finally know how to tie a proper bow tie and where to get them for a fabulous price, I don't need a clip on any longer! Thanks so much. Mahalo!

Wow! Thanks so much for the helpful video! We seriously tried other sites and could not even begin to figure it out! We were on our way to a photo session tonight, had 5 min and managed to tie my husband’s bowtie in just 2 tries. Amazing. Thanks so much for the helpful video!

Thank you so very much Sir; I have watched and tried so many other experts without any luck in completing the task. You paced the task perfectly, so that numpty muppets like myself can fully understand each section of tying a bow tie. I feel like James Bond now in my dinner suit, I am much obliged for your time, and thank you once again. From over the pond in a small village in Rossendale, Lancashire, England.😀👍

my brotha ive gotta thank you! This is the first vid which I have watched that got me to a point where i have tied something that even remotely resembles a true bow tie. Going to spend another hour or so perfecting, but I would definitely go outside with what I have tied now. Well on my way. Great vid. thank you thank you thank you!

You make it look so easy. I'm going to my niece's wedding on May 1st and was advised that I'll be in a bow tie. So I need a crash course in tying a bow tie. Thank You.

Hi Linwood! THANK YOU THANK YOU AND THANK YOU for posting. You mentioned in your vid about how there are many guys who don't know how to tie a bowtie. Well, you have done well in posting this very educational video on how to do so. If I don't know how to do something, then I will find out. Very educational, and an added material that helps me to be the distinguished gentleman that I am wanting to be.

I spent an hour looking at these how-to's and after an hour I ended up with a scrunched tie. I left it in the bathroom on a towel rack and then looked in a mirror for 2 minutes and made my own method and it came out perfect... well thanks for trying!

Informative and entertaining, and unlike some "How to Tie a Bowtie" videos, this one tells us that it's okay to not make your bowtie perfect - that imperfect tells others it's not a clip-on. Plus and imperfectly tied bowtie is more distinctive and individualized like the person who wears a bowtie. And thanks for the website tip... I'll check out the bowtie selection and other items.

Thanks to you, now I can tie bowties for the male puppy dogs. The just-a-bit-too-girly bows I've been doing for years are no more at my grooming shop for the boy dogs. Even doggies appreciate respect and compliments!
