do you still remember what feeler gauge you used? exhaust valve clearance in the manual is 0.275-0.325mm but I'm pretty sure there are no 0.005mm feeler gauges?

      You're right, there's no .005 gauge.
I adjusted the exhaust valves to 0.31mm, which in my experience is a good solution.
In this case I had to adjust 9 out of 12 valves (clearance below minimum) but unfortunately the battery of the cam died shortly before I removed the cams.

I just moved it. You need to remove the upper two radioator mount screws. This let's you move the radiator enough to work on it.

i just pulled it out without removing the bolts and the little brackets for the plastic, just loosened the 2 screws on right and slightly bent the bracket :)

Did you have to loosen the cam shaft sprockets and re-time the motor when re-installing the cams after shimming the valves?

Sorry for the very late reply, but it didn't get any notification. If I remember correctly the cam sprockets on this engine aren't adjustable, at least the stock ones. But I didn't have any issues with the timing it wasn't off.

isnt that a 765 Streety? Had the 675 and it had a different airbox design?

      It's a 2012 Street Triple, so it's definitely a 675cc engine 😉

Ah okay, I had the 2013 Streety R, guess they changed a few things with the face-lift that year
