Kevin Tan Visits IBM Philippines in Eastwood City | CEO On Tour

IBM Philippines has been one of Megaworld Corporation’s long-standing partners going back to the early days of Eastwood City, where the company was one of our pioneer locators.
In this video, I paid a visit to IBM Philippines’s newly-renovated office in Eastwood City to personally experience and witness how this global company is elevating the work environment for their employees.
In my brief visit, I was very impressed to see their upgraded space, where they incorporated more facilities to enhance employee engagement and productivity, such as the addition of a music room, collaboration room and dedicated training rooms, among others. These improvements are designed to ultimately boost employee motivation, which leads to a happier work culture. In addition, being enclaved in Eastwood City, IBM Philippines employees also have everything they need in one place -- from food choices, lifestyle needs, and other essentials.
As IBM Philippines is one of IBM's 6 major cluster of centers handling top clients, its Eastwood City office is critical to the company’s global success. We are honored to be a part of IBM's continued progress and the company’s success will inspire us even more to create the best workplaces and environments for our partners and their employees.
