Materials: Dried Used Tea leaves (or dried flowers), Cotton(fiber fill), Crochet White Thread Yarns (Wrapping the ball first), Cross Stitch Thread (Gold, Dark Blue, Blue, Light Blue, White), pins, a paper band.

Why do you use tea leaves?

The smell of tea makes me relax. I used to make pillows with dried tea leaves which seemed help me with my sleep.
