As far as my brief research and limited knowledge of the EPL’s history can conclude, it’s the second ever 7-0 game, with last one being Man United beating a relegation fodder Barnsley, and it has to be one of the top 10 most one sided games in the EPL.

ever since covid i lost interest in all sports but after the world cup i regained my love for football/soccer that was long gone even before covid, and these videos are great to watch to keep up with everything, too bad im in america so 1) my friends arent that big into football and 2) i cant go to the stadiums and experience the atmospheres cuz im jealous of the sense of community and that the fans actually seem connected, here in the us all sporting events are so corporate and strictly business

The reason the Hot Take suggests Haaland is the problem, is not because he is a bad player or anything of the sort. Funnily enough it could be the opposite. Before Erling arrived, Man City's game revolved around multiple weapons which gave them versatility and flexibility. However with Erling, being their top scorer and such, the team revolves around him scoring therefore forcing an over-reliance on the player making the team much easier to Defend. Barcelona had a similar situation with Messi. When a team has a singular scorer, they naturally become easier to defend. So Either Man City need to adapt or Erling may need to change his playstyle a bit to accommodate more creativity.
The fact that the first few days of March where even more eventful then February is baffling

Chelsea is not a top 3-5 team in the world in terms of talent with that back line.
Its so refreshing coming to watch this as a Chelsea fan after they blues just won their last two games and made an epic comeback to a team that hasn’t lost in all of 2023 to advance in the Champions League 💙💙
okay first of all if you were joking that man city have small fanbase then it's ok , but if you seriously think that man city has a small fanbase then i think you live in some alternate world cause city's fanbase has rapidly grown in the world in the last five to seven years and just an advice, stop showing pictures of empty stadiums cause you also know that the pictures are either before the starting of the match or during the half time.
Stats consistently show - teams with a monster top goal scorer do not consistently win the league. Look at Juves form after Ronaldo.

I started following Leeds after watching your Clueless American's guide to the Prem because I wanted to see Americans play in a top league. And let's just say it's been less than an exciting experience haha. But I learned quickly that's just the way it is in the Prem if you root for the lower-mid table teams.
they were on exciting run when Jesse was the manager tbh. Their game were never boring and their FA run was pleasing to watch. But it went downhill quickly when they sacked him

So I know it is a Feb recap and it is not supposed to include the 7-0 defeat of Liverpool, but man that was a surprise and a fun game to watch. And yeah Erik Ten Hag can do no wrong apart from loosing to LIV by 7 goals.
Halaand is not directly the problem but if you look at the numbers from last season Man City had scored the same amount of goals by this time- and they didn't have Halaand. I believe Messi encountered this same type of thing and I think that Halaand may need to adapt in different ways to fit into Pep/ City's playing style.
