There are two screws you need to tighten in order to prevent that the laser light moves during operation. One screw tightens in the back-front direction, the other on in the inward-outward direction. Usually a good hand-tightening is sufficient.
@@BerninaInternational when I went back with flash light and looked at receptacle for plug, I think that the receptacle for the plug is pushed up so the plug is not seating in place. Does that make sense?
@@lynnlane1624 Dear Lynn, unfortunately, this sounds like a defect. If you can't move the plug into the correct position, please contact your dealer. We are afraid that the machine will have to be serviced.
Great video. Very clear! Thank you, Bernina!
Can I install this on my Q16 Plus?
Thanks for asking. Yes, the Neede Point Laser ist compatible with your Q 16 PLUS.
I have the q20 and the laser. I cannot keep the light focused on the correct spot. It keeps moving. How to prevent this? Thank you.

I cannot get the cable plugged into the slot. Which direction? Arrow (on cable plug) pointing out towards back of machine or towards front of machine?
Hi Lynn, when plugging in the cable you should see the arrow on the plug, see blog.bernina.com/en/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2021/05/arrow.jpg
