- There’s no bigger joy for Preksha Minocha’s mom than hearing her daughter call out ‘Mamma’. When the 2-year-old Preksha Minocha, was diagnosed with hearing loss, excitement turned into concern for her parents. Preksha would not respond to loud calls from her parents & had difficulty in listening & responding to sounds. She used hearing aids for six months but their limited benefits did not help Preksha much. After learning this, Preksha’s parents decided to go for the best treatment available and hence opted for Cochlear implants.
