I go back and forth with Buffy and Angel. On one hand, the love story was epic and tragic and one of the most compelling romances in tv history. But on the other hand, that age gap…yikes😬. Then again, I’ve always been more of a Buffy/Faith shipper anyway.😅
Disagree Buffy has 7 very watchable seasons (3 are god tier), Angel has a slow start and doesn’t get a full gang together until season 3 then Connor comes along …… season 5 of Angel is the best season in the Buffy verse though I will admit that.

Daisy and Billy from Daisy Jones and the Six. While not a full-blown series per se, it still counts. Billy and Daisy have a lot in common from growing up in broken homes to being very ambitious. They can't be together because of Billy’s wife, Camilla. You do want to root for them, but at the same time, Daisy has to work on herself for a relationship to work.
Loved seeing Charlotte & Ned and Sybil & Branson on this list, but would have definitely added Diana & Matthew from Discovery of Witches, and Kahlan & Richard from Legend of the Seeker as well 😍
Not sure about that one. Chloe was put on the earth specifically for Lucifer. He fell in love with her despite knowing this and trying to fight against a pre-determined destiny.
Cole deserved better. He never wanted to be the source. If Phoebe hadn't killed that wizard he could have been okay. And if they hadn't treated him like a villain when he came back, maybe he could have been a hero. Cole should have moved away and left the charmed ones behind.
Lee (Apollo)/Kara (Starbuck) of Battlestar Galactica is a favorite pairing of mine, but also the most painful of them for all the reasons you mentioned. They clearly want each other, but have so much baggage both on their own and between them (the biggest one is Zak, the brother of Lee, as mentioned), so all of that keeps them apart, yet they can't really do that either. I would probably add in Sam (Samantha) Carter & Jack O'Neill of Stargate SG-1 of my own. He's her direct commanding (Air Force) officer, she's his second-in-command in a small unit. Highly forbidden by the REGS.
Rusty Cuyler and Tammi Squidbillies (2005-2021) Only because they're Half Siblings via Krystal Early Cuyler's ex lover yet by the end of the long running Adult Swim series they expand their family and are married after leaving Dougal County
Angel was CURSED with his soul. He didn’t want it. He didn’t want to be good. And when he was bad he was BAD. Spike was bad, he didn’t hide that , and he fought for soul. He fought to be better for himself and for her. Spike will always trump angel and always be the better match. Spuffy for life!

I shipped Elena and Damon, but I never considered them a forbidden romance. The closest they came to it was when Damon realized Elena had a sire bond to him and couldn't say no to anything he said, so he was worried about continuing a relationship with her that she couldn't actually consent to, and that didn't really last long. Elena had reservations about being with Damon before they got together, but that hardly made their romance forbidden.
Step-Siblings are two children that share one biological parent! Foster children are not related in the least. As an aside, I agree that biological step-siblings are a straight up non-no!! "Foster Children" are children/teens occupying the same house together.

And it would be very weird especially if you've been step siblings for a long time that's just gross too. 2. Half siblings is when you only share 1 parent with that sibling, still sharing half blood tho. 3. Adopted siblings are when you get adopted by a family and then someone else does, that makes you adopted siblings. It sure they share no blood but it's weird especially if you've been raised as siblings since kids that's just gross. 4. Foster siblings is when your just fostered not adopted so the sibling isn't legally your sibling. So it's really whatever, but I'd say it'd be weird depending on how long you've been foster siblings.

"Pushing Daisies" definitely deserved to go on for longer, it was truly ahead of its time, and ended on a massive cliffhanger.
