This looks stunning, Laura! Well done! Best advice I ever heard for keeping things tidy was 'easy to put away, hard to get out'. The motivation of a new project/whatever will help me get things out, but I need to be able to just dump things in bowls, on trays, in baskets, otherwise I end up with messy piles everywhere 😂

Highly highly recommend you get some anti glare film. I got some off Amazon and it is amazing. From the outside it turns the window into a mirror and on the inside it just looks like cheap sunglasses 😅. Stops the glare but not the light. Exactly what you want really.

you have made a very good job on renovating the room! by the way, I have seen a sketch of your Parasol Shawl when JAT called for testknitters for their Annual. It is a very creative idea! I will not testknit it - I don't knit nor wear shawls, but I applied for another small pattern.. good luck with your talk!
