  • I recently bought a mini desktop machinist's lathe. I wanted to be able to move it around in the shop with all it's accessories. So I made this simple OSB cabinet. The lathe is mounted on it's top with two bolts. It has three drawers with several compartments to fit my needs.
    Tools and materials I propose:
Air compressor, nail and staple gun kit: amzn.to/2NMPCIH
    Cordless Impact Driver: amzn.to/2PdidLW
    Block plane: amzn.to/2RLiAMf
    Jigsaw: amzn.to/2pP39WZ
    Countersink bits: amzn.to/2Exkv2G
    Chisel set: amzn.to/2pILO1B
    Mini machinist’s lathe: amzn.to/3hR3wJT
    Table saw: amzn.to/2RBf0nT
    Forstner bit set: amzn.to/2A5NPLq
    Cordless drill: amzn.to/2A6fTOy
    hacksaw: amzn.to/2ywuMYP

Nice and quite sturdy! "Cheap and simple" depends on how you look at it. I just bought 3 sheets of OSB 18mm (33 Euro a piece) (need a new miter saw "station") it was indeed the cheapest 18mm thick I could get... oh and everything "looks" simple if you have a good plan! Thanks for sharing, all the best from PT.

Είναι ένα ωραίο πατρόν για κατασκευές , ειδικά για εργαστήριο που δεν σε νοιάζει η λεπτομέρεια . Πολύ καλό !!!!!!!

Thanks. Actually it's around 1000. It's the next model that can create metric threads. But I couldn't find it on amazon US.

Scrap wood City Hell for stout? That means “built to last”, well built, well constructed! You put a lot of glue, nails, screws into what you built! : )

You should put the size of the pieces would make it easier to follow the build I’m not really walking away thinking I can do that. I’m more like what sizes was everything 😠
