Don't just tighten the engine mounts - do use a torque wrench Engine mount front 70Nm Engine mount top 30Nm Engine mount bottom 30Nm Fuel tank rear (head stay) 50Nm Swinging arm bolt 70Nm (Do Not over tighten or you crush nylon bushes) None of these are particularly tight, for comparison a car wheel nut is done up to about 130Nm. Use Loctite.
Bro windshield will not work for vibration....Moreover it increases weight of handle...Difficult to maneuvering the bike as i felt personally removed windshield...After 1.5 years....It enhances bike look Only not for multi purpose.....
Many of these RE are never taken over 4000rpm, that's not even into the power band. Using more revs through the gears after they have been properly run in for 1000km and giving them some high speed runs will loosen the engine up, reduce vibrations a lot, and produce more power. In other words, do occasionally use full throttle, do read the owners manual "after 1000km". I've no idea of the gearing on the 350 but the 500 Classic at 5000rpm reaches about 90kph in 3rd, 105kph in 4th and 130kph in 5th. Change up later, use a lower gear, and just occasionally give it a bit of a thrashing until the engine smooths up; this may take 500 miles or so. Do that and somewhere between 1600 and 2000 miles these engine do settle down. A big single will always vibrate but we shouldn't be getting blurred mirrors and white finger.
Jeff Slade hi, that was some useful information. Mine has crossed more than 11k on odo.. do you recommend I can still do the engine loosening-up ?? And what do you suggest for dampening footpeg vibrations ? TIA
Maddy rider.... Tum bullet standard 350.. chala kar dekho.... vibration nahi he...kyo ki standard 350 me crank heavy aati he...or front sprocket standard 350 me different aata he .. sprocket ke teeth 16 sare he...or Thunderbird classic or Electra me 15 teeth ke aate he so ingen ke the rpm fast ho jate he or Electra classic & Thunderbird jyada vibration katri he...
Thunderbird or BULLET standard 350 ne front sprocket me different he...isliye Ingen RPM ke chakkar me Thunderbird classic vibration katri he...puchna nacanic ko...& BULLET standard 350 me crank ka weight heavy aata he is liye vibration nahi katri he

Maddy bhai tell me how to prevent thunderbird 350 meter from vibrations?
Is there any way to set anything below that ?
Bro does your thunderbird vibrates after exceeding 80 kmph ?
It increases the weight and decreases the vibration

IN THAT CASE I SHOULD CHANGE THE MATERIAL OF THE HANDLE BARS FROM STEEL TO IRIDIUM OR OSMIUM.

Thanks for the info, bhaijaan
Welcome bhai ji
Has anyone ever filled the handlebar with shotgun lead shot? Yea, it's heavy, but isn't that the point?

bhai mai bhi 5 year se bike chala raha ho but meri bike mai aise koi problem nahi hui hai
Windshield will provide air resistance in high speeds.... Making bike less aerodynamic....
Needs to add one more points
Maintain chain lubes will reduce vibration
Increase the weight of handle bar and decrease the vibration. Eet baand lee bhai
Non effective eforts
Nothing new
0:45 air drop aa rha h
Just talk about the matter pls don’t talk much
Bro Kabhi Hindi Bol Liya Karo
