The fan at 2:29 would be a black Gulf Coast Fifth Avenue. These are more commonly seen in white but this is SLEEK

Some 1895's with the original tuna can canopy were 3 speed. The 4 speed models _only_ had the interlocking Lasko style blade arms with the stepped design on the part where they mount to the blades, and the wood ball on the end of the pull chain.
Baltimore Alarms & Fans Actually: The 1st gen models (interlocking blade irons w/ terraced design, flat switch cap, boxy canopy) were all 4 speed yes. But the 2nd gen models (standard blade irons, flat switch cap, boxy canopy) were all 4-speed as well, and most of the 3rd gen models too (rounded switch cap, boxy canopy).
Likewise the 1895 version of the Sears TOC is 4-speed but does not used terraced blade irons.
Baltimore Alarms & Fans It’s only when you get to rounded switch cap and new-style canopy that you’re almost certainly dealing with 3-speed.
There were other changes to this fan over the years too: blade thickness, blade tip style, switch housing taper ratio. Back in 2003 I phoned up the retired Emerson engineer who designed this fan, really nice guy with cool stories to tell.
4-speed 1895’s are a major childhood fan for me, and I have several in my collection.
Baltimore Alarms & Fans Plenty of 4-speed fans have the metal oval pull chain medallion. Only 1st gen fans, and white brand relabels, have the wooden ball.
The spinner is a King Of Fans. I have an antique brass one.

Round blade tips you say? What if you got a HpB San Marino(the very early ones that have the bulbous switch housing like its twin the Carousel II) and used rainbow Carousel II blades? I think it would be interesting, if not funny.

I haven't even been to a restore near me(the closest one is in Dayton, OH).
I’d definitely would love to visit this restore it definitely has better fans than the three I constantly visit

5:41 I have a 44" Continental with a 4-way light, it's identical to that fan but that doesn't have a light... so it' probably a Continental. However the switch housing on that fan is really thick, mine isn't as big around.

Yeah I saw a Hampton Bay shittleton I usually try to collect all fans but you only Hampton Bay littleton's is all collect is 1990 stuff I don't collect newer stuff because if you take it apart and look at it and then you look at a 90s motor you realize how bad today little tiny dinky spinner motors today no big ones anymore
