One thing my husband and I implemented this year is each weekend we flip flop responsibility. Either he's in charge of all things date night or I am. It has been everything from axe throwing, to nerf gun wars at home, to dinner and drinks, or board games. Either way, it has taken off the entirety of the romantic load from myself and forced us to prioritize one night or afternoon to the two of us 😊

I'm not saying I'm quitting therapy, I'm just saying your videos have been hitting home in such a way that therapy isn't even coming close to.
I'm in a similar spot with my partner (currently long distance) where we just keep having obstacles. Sometimes, we both get so focused on the track in front of us, that we forget we're supposed to be jumping the hurdles together. We're also both in the military, so we both think we're the Mayor of Toughguycity. When you talk in detail about how you and Parker get through things, reminds me we're not the only ones dealing with it.

I understand you, and I been divorced and been healing for years. On my new relationship, There is this constant fear of growing apart because life is so busy but I believe we have the power to stop and chose what the priorities are but that's me, because I know that my last marriage were the little things that broke us, and my current partner never had a long healthy relationship or been married so it does get hard because they feel fine how things are.
My twin 11 yr olds play basketball and baseball. I’ve never felt like we needed to be friends more than when you showed those giant baby heads. How did you do that. Where. We have basketball playoffs soon and I feel like all the moms would love it so much
