Dear Madan,
this detail is trivial to the post but I took the liberty to correct it. Japan didn't go to war against the US since it was supplying weapons to the Allies, but US had imposed an Oil embargo on the Imperial Japan, demanding Japan stops it's expansion and aggression in the South East Pacific region, especially in China and Philippines.
The reason why Pearl Harbor was chosen as the target was not because it acted as a port of supply of weapons, but was a major repair and training center for the American Navy. Japan's plan was to destroy the Navy capabilities of the US and complete the war victoriously, as the Japanese predicted the Americans will not be able to rebuild the Navy in more than 2 years atleast..by then the war would be over and the Japanese can negotiate terms with US.
But to change the fate of the entire WW2 all the Aircraft Carriers of the US were out to the middle of sea for training and escaped the attack. Only USS Arizona and USS Oklahama are the 2 ships US lost and the remaining were repaired soon as they were already in the repair yard and all the Aircraft Carriers survived.
Needless to say Aircraft Carriers were the deciding factors in the WW2 and not battleships anymore.
The man who planned the attack was Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto.

these details are'nt trivial. the small details in war are what lead to catastrophic consequences from all sides in the war. ignoring them and calling them inconsequential to the video for mass appeal seems very blunt.
