His issue was the fallout with the team. Had he never picked a fight with casillas and Ramos he would have gone to win the champions league. It also didn't help that Madrid was such a historic club with so many egos and legends in the squad. If you think about inter, those players would have died for him on the field. In Madrid, not so much since some players thought they were more important to the club than Mou. At least that's my guess. If the players didn't agree with Mou there was division in the dressing room. When you think back to other Mou teams, they would stand by him. Good vid.. And points out very well why he is indeed The Special One.. His brand of football may not be for everyone, but his style of managing and his results certainly are hard if not impossible to argue against
All he's capabilities in this field ( mind games) comes from two things. First, he reads books and thinks about the topics and secondly himself is a very secure person emotionally and benefits from a balanced head and levelled brain. If you're not in control of yourself then you won't be able to play the others!
He calls out a lot of the bureaucratic hell that is football. Everyone within the teams in whatever league sees it, but they're not allowed, or are to acquiescent, to call it out. So that is very refreshing.
I used to hate Mourinho when I was little. But, as I grew older, I found out that his style, which is win by any means possible, while sometimes playing mind games with the opponents, is right up my alley.
The best way I have to describe Jose, is he is the Napoleon of football, he came from nowhere and changed the game radically, why enraging all of his rivals (both personal and Chelsea’s) but like Napoleon, teams and tactics caught up with him, wether he can adapt if he decided to leave Roma? Who knows.

But ya can't deny he had a good run although I personally don't like his footballing style. Like the video showed, it's very hard to be a fan of him when you are a Barça fan. The history this guy had with us goes back deep. But yeah, good video. Do more of these. On managers, coaches, private investors etc. Maybe for every 3 videos on a player, do 1 on these types. It's a good side content I say. Cheers
Honestly it's true, while he's been pretty rude and seemingly half petty. I'm still scared to see what he has in store Thursday. Legit one of those managers where it genuinely seems that the inconsistent AS Roma wins might just be to confuse his opponent into underestimating him just that slight bit. (Although thankfully our coach still acknowledges how insanely tough it will be Away from home despite winning 1-0 in the first leg.)

I like the indepth and quality videos you make
Jose Mourinho "The Special One" 👌🏿🔥
Mourinho can be the most respectable manager ever at the same time he can be the most controversial manager ever.
Greatest Tactician Of The Past 2 Decades
Dope Vid...subbed and recommended to friends
We all know that Tinashe is the Special One. 😉
Thank you for your videos.
great content as always tinashe. Underrated channel
Mourinho once said to Roman Abramovich: "Pay, pay and don't speak."
Love the vidoes keep it up legend
All he's capabilities in this field ( mind games) comes from two things. First, he reads books and thinks about the topics and secondly himself is a very secure person emotionally and benefits from a balanced head and levelled brain. If you're not in control of yourself then you won't be able to play the others!
The only man who can make Dortmund win the league again
I wish I was a footballer coached by Mourinho at Porto, Chelsea or Inter. Great man manager, probably the best one.
4:07 it was Hiddink who was manager, Mourinho left midway through the 07/08 season.
He calls out a lot of the bureaucratic hell that is football. Everyone within the teams in whatever league sees it, but they're not allowed, or are to acquiescent, to call it out. So that is very refreshing.
as usual your videos are perfect.
Notification squad 🔥
The GOAT 🔥🔥🔥
Great manager. great quotes! Chelsea should waste no time getting him back!!
He's the guy I want in Chelsea now
The more you win, the more you are hated...
I've always loved Mourinho and always will. There's nobody like the Special One and never will be.
There’s Darth Vader… Emperor Palpatine… then there’s Mourinho, THE Sith Lord of all. 😎
Is that some kind of a personal attack or something 🧐 don't make me force choke you...
@@DarthVader-ig6ci Apologies, Sir. 🤣
He’s definitely one of my favorite managers ever. I love his attitude and he backs it with results. Same with Zlatan.
JOSE is a legend. You dont know when he is speaking the truth or trash.
He's one of the greatest characters in football.
Mourinho is one of the best
Respect
Mans so iconic Stormzy even had to sample that "I prefer not to speak" response - and the song was heavy ngl 💀🙏🏾💜😤
Didn't like this guy but even though he might've been wrong a couple of times, I am happy to see him doing well at Roma. Amazing coach honestly.
I used to hate Mourinho when I was little. But, as I grew older, I found out that his style, which is win by any means possible, while sometimes playing mind games with the opponents, is right up my alley.
I've always loved the man. 😁
Jose is only guy that i think can fix PSG in my opinion 😅
The best way I have to describe Jose, is he is the Napoleon of football, he came from nowhere and changed the game radically, why enraging all of his rivals (both personal and Chelsea’s) but like Napoleon, teams and tactics caught up with him, wether he can adapt if he decided to leave Roma? Who knows.
the 3rd best thing to happen to World football in the last 25 years after CR7 and Messi.
7:29 Jesus this look should become a meme Tinashe hahahaha
Jose wants us to hate him but it’s only made us love him more
Ohhhh that ending *chef's kiss*
That Cassano roast was wild AF !!! Jose is one not go toe to toe for words he trash talks everything and everyone... Wild
Mourinho the Menace, gotta love him 🤣
When they gave SAF and AW the hall of fame awards a few weeks ago, they should've put Mourinho there as well.
bloody genius, that man
Mourinho and Klopp are by far my favourite managers.
4:08 LOL That's peek-a-boo face
Jokes on him, the more Jose wants me to hate him, the more I love him.
Hey, massive fan, love the videos.
I'd appreciate it a lot if you made a video on my idol Michel Platini or maybe even Lothar Matthäus.
like a 'How good was Michel Platini/Lohar Matthäus'.
Thank you for all fabulous content.
I can't like him with Blaugrana in my veins. But i will say, he is such a terrific troll. Me and my mates call him the 'A55hole one' instead of the special one.
Cheers
One of the greatest! O F A L L T I M E S!! ❤ the genius
You should check out the video with Costinha talking about Mourinho at Porto.
He's an excellent judge of character. Dele and pogba he both hated and look them now... Chelsea need him now more than ever to get rid of the deadwood
