I tend to paint loose. But thinking about the "belly" of the brush will give it ago. Your paintings are beautiful.

I use a similar pallet and found it hard to get enuff paint.I have found that if I keep the paint wet it is good.

During the American Civil War and because of the coastal blockade, the Confederacy used wallpaper for newsprint. Good idea for practice paper.
