  • This video will show you some tips and tricks for organizing your capsule records, applying tags and segmenting lists. Once you've added records to Capsule it's important to think about how you would like them to be organised. Tags are a great way to organize and separate records and can be applied to contacts, sales opportunities and cases based on shared characteristics. You can add multiple tags to a record to help you segment data based on your workflow. You might choose to segment contacts based on region, role, or the status of your relationship with that contact - or maybe you want to add all three. Bulk tagging can also save a lot of time. You can use filters on lists and then tag records in bulk based on the filters.. Lists are also a great way to organize records. To save time you can save lists that you want to revisit and then any new records that meet the list criteria are automatically added to the list. You can then choose whether that list is just for yourself or whether you want the list to be shared.
