More than a decade later, this is still perfect. Saw them in Montreal at la Sala Rosa a couple of months ago: perfect show ♥
Was there, can confirm. This band is a treasure.
Coming back to this 10 years later. Bliss.. Suuns are total bliss
Ouch.. that sunburn still makes me wince.
Beautiful. Love finding amazing bands.
KEXP is a constant source of discovery for me. They're one in a million to be sure.

How did this went under my radar in all these years?!
They're called suuns and the drummer has a wicked sunburn. Love it.
+mcneely789 "suuns" means "zeroes" in thai language, they have no relation to sun;)
Wowwww what a set. Just discovered these guys. Very Psychedelic!!!!!
I saw these guys live a little over a year ago and I can't wait till the day I get to see them again!
This has been on repeat for the whole day now.
Love it so! i listen to it so often nearly 4 years later, you kill you guys!
I seen this band live in Hamilton Ontario Canada a few days ago I was wowed loved them
I love these guys!
Another band more of my favorites. Excellent group !!!
Scott H ..You nailed this one. Its like the drummer sees through you. Rob
Ótima banda, merece ser mais conhecida.

This music is perfect to roll one up!
Suuns! I have seen them in concert... They were amazing! :D
Just started getting into these guys, hope they come out to the US soon!
So good to hear them again, I am in a trance!
OMG !!! 2022 love it !!! The best !
what a great performance. i thought i'd switched over to spotify and checked back to see that a live performance was kicking from Suuns! fuck yeah.
godamm I love this band.
SuunS is so tight! I feel like they are the new generation of radiohead and they are not even trying to be any other band. They just coordinate.
Listen more, this song is not the best exemple of their work.
@@florenceviale looks like commented on this 4yrs ago. I agree their work is beyond amazing. Love all their albums.
They sound a lot like a band called Clinic
This song “2020” at 7:00 minutes used in an episode of Coninuum tv sci-fi show (2012 to 2015) at a Critical Time travel scene and it was a WTF!! Perfect song … think it was 2013.
What a tune. I got
the shivers up my back
The drummers face at the start of the epic 2020...
Hello there. I'm commenting 7 years after your comment... time is relative though, so all good. The drummer of Suuns is one of many reasons I love this band, he is one of the most intense sultry percussionists and you can tell he's having so much fun. And that sunburn.. ouch it makes me wince now, 10 years later. Peace dude.
This is some of the most well thought out music I've ever heard. Images Du Futur is a masterpiece imho.
pretty cool time to check out an album, I love Kexp
the great concert happened yesterday night in Salon IKSV. Thanks Suuns!
just discovered this band because of this clip. great stuff I might go see them in November when they play London uk with Jerusalem in my heart
Reminds me of Radiohead with the vocal style and song structure of river Tiber. Right on Canada
wow! this is a love at first hearing! can't wait to see them play in my town very soon! 07-15-2013 Ancona Italy!
Alucinante música viajera.
i need to see this band live. may 23rd vancouver.
The vocalist sounds like Ade Blackburn of Clinic
mushushu78 the vocals sounds quite familiar to kurt vile
+mushushu78 he copies the sound and gestures of Alan Vega, from Suicide. Without Vega's intensity, drama... he's the real thing. But this band is actually OK
@mushushu78 agreed
Ade Blackburn of Clinic has largely influenced frontman Benjamin Shemieho diazepam-rock krautrockovych genres' lyrical style so much so , one can consider Suuns the Phoenix rising from the proverbial ashes ~
I was gonna say that! Clinic is the shit.
Awesome, Awesome.
Lou Reed is humming the melodies in his grave. Great band...wish they would've doe Up Past the Nursery though, i dig it. Cheers.
they are great! cant wait to see them live in hong kong!
wat a bunch of great guyz
Huge live performance ! That's it !
Amazing. thanks for sharing))
As good as ever 🤍
Those keyboards probably could have been mixed louder in the album version, though.
YES FINALLY SOMEONE AGREES.
Love them
I love this band! Wiiii, great slide! :)
je crois qu'ils se sont endormis sur une plage ensoleillée, coup de soleil Marcel pour le batteur! Ils assurent
awgh in love
Suuncream!
Playing in Bristol UK in May 2013
This is amazing!!!
I love you SUUNS
Henry, it was Jack and Oggy up at the old Besnard who first played you guys for me. As you know the place is magical so my first introduction to your music was transporting/transformative/transcendental to say the least. I've been a mega fan since and was lucky enough to catch you guys in Calgary recently, which was mind blowing. Thanks for the work guys. Love it so much.
for anyone wondering 20/20 is at 7:02
caught them live in Edinburgh around 8 years ago. great gig. really good band. aye. a sort of psychedelic techno fugazi
Sounds great!!
great stuff...reminds me of Clinic.
Asombrosos!💙
The drummer's sunburn.
+Francesco Bertelli Iat first I thought he was wearing a striped shirt. LOL
mevomitotoda, son lo más. ****
🖤
Buenísimos
excellent!
Genius!!!
this rules. it looks like they're all tripping balls. this band is equal parts El-P beats and 60's acid freakout.
my favorite freaks now
My OCD is killling me. I can't hear the lead guitar so slow in 2020, imma strip my hair off.
😶
O wow these are amazing 👌
Clinic influence maybe...great band!
❤
crippled rejex!!!!🔥❤️❤️❤️❤️
this is good live on youtube. what if i was live in person? WHAT IF!?
GENIOS!!
Ha! A radiating drummer.
Avantgarde!
Respect
Way good!
Great sound, dig these guys. Would definitely see them on a monday night. Sound a lot like radiohead though, just not as compelling.
GODMOTHERFUCKING DAMMIT THIS BAND IS SO GOOD
my weed smokes me when i listen to the suuns.
YEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Suuns on the Peel stage sunday 13.20 see you there.
This is supercool! Just a wicked "Jam".
6:59 lookin' your soul
The melody of "Sunspot" is a copy of the melody of Portishead's "We Carry On" which was released more than 6 years before.
The singing reminds me little of the band Clinic
That 2020 is such a sick tune. Fuck!
Your Drummer should unlock the Snare, when not used. Anyway: 10/10 Gig, mega nice !! Huge fan. Go Sunns !!
Got to know you via "Continuum", maybe like 80 % of the folks here
sunlight fourth member of the band
Братцы-огонь!😂🎉
Edie's Dream- A big nod of acknowledgment to Pyramid Song I think.
shaunone right.. I knew it sounded familiar but couldn't think of the song..
Singing drummers = win.
Ben Shemie - g , voc
Liam O'Neill - dr
Joseph Yarmush - g , bg
Max Henry - keys , bg
I love these creepos! :D
These guys are pretty polarizing judging from a good deal of the comments on various videos.
We're lucky, here, in MTL.
I love biking
exactly what i was thinking..
The whole feel reminds me of Clinic, not just the singer.
Same, but better. dont mean to diss clinic but these guys are just that good.
epic
Edie's Dream sounds so much better live, those keyboards probably could have been mixed louder in the album version.
