My favourite channel, I always look forward to your videos and you are organic as you tell us as it is. You are right, people should not be told that you are coming:) I hope they will remember to keep the place clean when you are not there. Do you mind sharing with us the systems that you put in place? Thank you
This looks cruel for those birds, lack of upkeep of the exterior area says is all - #disgusting premises & an ethical nightmare! I feel sorry for those poor birds! No standards nor professional inspections in Zimbabwe!
Bro , how did this grass grow this long without you monitoring. I did grow broiler and everytime I leave even for a few hours I will always come back and find something had gone wrong. Train your assistant by yourself .
@@nokhutulachigwada5645 Thank you for your comment. They were over-stretched and they are all trained. The manager was not there and I did not have security cameras that I could remotely monitor. It’s fixed now and new systems are in place. I was so disappointed and angry
My brother have better monitoring ways even via pictures and videos it can be done we do it that’s shocking you invite snakes and other unwanted elements even the foot bath do permanent ones
Not looking good to the eye Sorry😢 Ukaona uine vanhu vari careless like this ziva they are not your right people Unless they are too few and over stretched?
The first investment you need to do on such a project is to get the right people , you can build all the infrastructure etc but it means little when staff dont understand how we do things and why, i always recommend that people get a farm manager or supervisor, where not possible to invest in training even young men coming from high school , they are actually the best because you can train them exactly what you want . Its a miracle that with such lack of basic hygiene and good housekeeping you haven't had any outbreaks. Workers really need to understand bio-security and good cleanliness, poultry and piggery we see a lot of shocking videos and pictures but we simply have to train our staff and invest in the right human resources, just get the basics correct and you will be fine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@@MShine1444 Thank you for your comment and I totally agree with you. I believe in education and I have sent most of my staff to courses in poultry, however they were overstretched and I have now made some changes. We will see what happens. Thank you 🙏🏾
