Greetings from New York USA. This is very inspirational. Reminds me of growing up in South America - we grew everything, including cassava and rice. We had fruit trees everywhere! Last week I read a quote from a Homesteader on Facebook. It said, "Land is large until you start using/working it. Then once you are on the land, it suddenly seems small." I think that's true. The land is small to your guest because she's on it and working it to produce. So that lady was saying if we have a chance to get a massive piece of land, we should do it. Don't say oh my gosh this land is so massive. Because once you start working the land, your mindset will change.
