Like... what? They look horrible. The final shot on the plate is horrendous.
YE: DEAD CALAMAR FLOATING ON PEE.
Possibly the worst presentation of a crepe suzette i've seen. Way too much alcohol and liquid, crepes left in the sauce for too long, 2nd flambe over the peeled orange added absolutely nothing, and he couldnt even scoop the icecream properly
Well the peeled orange actually makes sense....the oils will release into the liquid, which ends up in the sauce.
He tried to quenelle the ice cream, however it looked stupid as he couldn't do it properly.
I hope you have gotten better in the four years since you uploaded that dish for Masterchef Asia.
@@tobiasmaiermaus nah man. I eat mainly uncooked oats in the morning, followed by a healthy snorting of used coffeegrounds, finished with a cup of water used to rinse dirty clothes
Aloysius Soong hahaha
This is not proper technique
He didn't caramelize anything. Thats baby sick he's serving
The fact they have Sting playing in the background says everything you need to know about this dump
LOL bravo!
What's so bad about sting?
the butter put together with the raw sugar, without waiting for the sugar to caramelize under hot fire... that does not seem the standard procedure
That’s embarrassing, how did they clap for that at the end? Must have tasted awful....
Sloppy
Those crepes were soggy as hell when they were plated lmaoooooo
Diabolical.
How is that a lil bit of sugar !?
WHAT ABOUT ALCOOL? ONE BOTTLE BURNING THE HOTEL? KIDING ME?
copied JunsKitchen
He does so many things wrong that this video should be shown to every single person that's learning the job. Avoid at all costs. Check your surroundings when placing the gueridon!
It's like the movie "Plan 9 fron outer space" from Ed Wood - it's considered to be the worst movie of all time and is shown to students that want to engage in the movie industry.
Seemed like a lot of pissing about to me!
the wooden spoon hahahahahahahaa
I wonder whether all customers would appreciate the amount of alcohol spent here. Is this not crêpes comédie française? Look up in Escoffier...
Bicos the show is important, signò.
😱
What a disgrace to the profession, pathetic.
JUST A LITTLE BIT
What a freekin disaster. Hot mess that is….
The whole point of crepes suzettes is that the pancakes are also made tableside. This is pathetic
No.
Yes
No
Can you explain why?
tobiasmaiermaus sure
Absoluter Mist!
Shame you
it looks repulsive.
