I wish I'd found this video sooner! When I buy a sling or shoulder bag with an adjustable strap, I always make sure to check whether the strap is straight and not twisted. Often after a few times wearing the bag, I find that it's twisted. I can't STAND a twisted strap and have donated a favorite sling bag simply because the sewn -on straps had become twisted. I have another new bag that has done the same and am going to try this method right away!

Usually, if you pull the straps too fast while adjusting the length, the webbing twists near the buckle which causes the strap to become twisted.

You can fix twisted straps by simply adjusting the knot near the buckle. Hope this helps.
