Can you teach, how to troubleshoot Vast unit use the Joystick, if Vast unit not in correct position. For your information, our cmm used Vast XXT unit ( Rotating ).
Hi, can you please provide more information about your problem? Is the RDS XXT probe head rotating the wrong direction? What exactly are you trying to do, and what is happening incorrectly?

If the RDS head is stuck at the wrong angle and won't move, you have to close Calypso, turn off the controller (M) button and black power button on the side. If you have an older CMM there might be a power switch on the CMM also. Then turn everything back on in reverse order.
