Hello everyone and happy Sunday! Have you all gone for your run today? or ride? Or maybe just a bounce on a pogo stick? Anyway, hope you enjoy this interview with Krissy, she's awesome.
I am primarily a cyclist, but after watching several of your Running With Ryan videos, you have inspired me to start running again after giving up on it 2 years ago. Today I did my second run of the week, twice as far as I thought I could go. I think I can do this. Thank you Ryan!
Hi Ryan, I don’t know how I came upon your Channel but wow your a very accomplished guy. Congrats. your personality is very infectious and I really like that, plus your outlook on things even when they suck is something I admire. I really hope one day I will get to meet you more than likely it will be out on a mountain bike trail because I can’t run 🙁 really bad accident to my leg. riding is the only thing that helps keep it mobile. Anyway great vid love the question about those dark places in contests helpful.🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼 stay strong.
When Krissy won the UTMB, her finishing photo for a long time was my favorite photo. Her smile in the finish shut was how I feel when I run! I'd love to meet her some day!
Hey, runners. Do you know this phenomenon, that when you go running after watching a Running With Ryan episode, you narrate to Ryan in your head? Telling him about your favorite routes and nice places where you live. And if you didn't do this before, I may have just planted that bug in your brain.
I was a triathlete for many years back when triathlon was an adventure instead of such a formal and corporate enterprise. We were known to duct tape the fast guys shoes to his bike to delay them or hide their running shoes under a bush, but alas, a with a new hip and a new knee I no longer run. I was never a great runner, but among my favorite memories is running trails. I ride bikes a lot now days, and enjoy your RWR series, providing me with an avenue to enjoy running.
Sat here in Chamonix watching this and getting some last minute inspiration and positive vibes (as the temperature rises to 35 degrees / 95 in your money) whilst hoping that i can get through a 23km at the weekend. Not really sure what I am worried about as others will be setting off on a 90km. If all fails at least we will have had some fun trying. Might even take up the pogo-stick :) Keep up the great interviews and topical videos.
LOVE Krissy....her book is great also. Im leaving for Western States this coming Wednesday....not to run but to watch and catch up with old friends...hoping to meet some of MY favorite runners. Come on out to Cali Ryan...? Keep these interviews coming Ryan....LOL

What's an OG? I looked it up and she doesn't look like a gangster? Is it American slang some else?
troy kiri OG is a slang term for someone who's incredibly exceptional, authentic, or "old-school.
OG = original gangster
I know you've got seemingly endless supply of energy, but sometimes I wish you would talk less and listen more. Aside from that, good stuff!
Hannu Hurme thanks bud, I’ll take that into consideration
I am done with the running. What has happened to cycling . i am unsubscribed.
Beverley Gibson I’m not a cycling exclusive channel, not sure what gave you that idea. Have a nice day
I feel bad. I have just viewed your break up of your girlfriend. You are so brave. I so enjoyed your trip across America last year. Keep strong.
