Lylah Runs a 5k with Girls On The Run of the Rockies

Lylah and Dad ran a 5k as part of Girls on the Run of the Rockies. Lylah finished the 3.1 miles in 45 minutes. Average of about 15 min per mile. We ran for a lot of it but took many breaks. This is a great way to stay in shape for the holidays!!!
