In this video number {1171} Sony KL-IW31 IR CCTV CCD camera repair. I demonstrated how to repair sony cctv camera not providing video output signal. while testin i found smd fuse burnt out and 7805 smd 5 volt regulator damaged.

it is enamaled and insulated copper wire, used in transformer winding. it is just to make jumper for fault verification it is my routine that i use minimum components while troubleshooting. when fault is identified and recovered, then i use original value parts. it is a best practice to decrease overhead unexpected repaiir charges.

if we use buss fuse wire, that can bridge the nearby tracks. that bridging can induce more failures
