This is great video . Just show that everywhere once and a while goes wrong. And how to fix it. Something else then a lot of videos showing : look our machines making a lot of chips fast!!

Nice work, I have done that many times in the past in production but it was not that easy. You made that look fun especially with the probe and the Haas control, I had to do it with an indicator and or edge finder.

Buy Probe , iti is invesment of about 5000$ , but worth every peny . Edge finder is OK but it is history

Hi i have a doubt,we are using x5 , while running arc area machine automatically get slowdown, its happening only when ae are using aurface for programming, some are its ok, sometime its its time waste, please give a reply thank you

In some machines and controls the transitions back and forth between arc and lines can cause slowdowns. It may just be a matter of going into the arc filter and adjusting to either output more arc or all lines. Depending on the age of the machine and what the control prefers one or the other will be better. In order to output all lines you can utilize the smoothing settings in arc filter and check the box to output all arcs as lines. In the newer versions of Mastercam it is easier to see the difference using advanced toolpath display. Check this video out to understand what I mean:

Bro can we use trim toolpath option here 🧐

Hey there! There are lots of different ways in Mastercam to accomplish this behavior and get results that may achieve the goals of any given programming challenge. We wanted to show some little known capability of stock models in this video. Using Trim toolpath will work for something like this, but it's less visual or associative than using the stock models shown here.
