Micro scrapping doesn't require to much of your shoulder, just a vise and some wrenches and pliers, maybe a lite hammer to crack some plastic.

I'm glad to hear your back to work on Light Duties. Try not to do too much cause you'll only damage it more. It's a great day to work in your shop on a rainy day. ~~Yes, I agree, there's nothing worse than wanting to do something, but you physically can't.🤷♀I've been living it for 6 years, I need two new Total Knee Replacemenbs, that wasn't bad enough I ended up with Lymphedema and it's incurable cause 4 Emerge Doctor Visits missed it, now I live with this nerve pain for life. I'm now to the point of barely walking on my own, I don't sleep much💤💤cause of PTSD and I wake after a couple of hours cause of knee or leg pain.🤬 I've never felt more defeated in my Life. I do feel your frustrations Adam, it really sucks. I have so many things I want to do and just can't. If I could get my knees done , I would get rid of lots of pain and walk better but with this new added Disease, they won't touch me, cause I'm high risk cause of infections and blood clots. Im Tpye 2 Diabetic and need numbers to 8 or below, that won't happen cause of Cellulitis Infections I keep getting. My biggest struggle each day is missing my Daughter Kara,💞 we loss 6 years ago~~all this pain don't matter, I'd keep it just to have her back.~~Alrighty you keep on light duties and get that shoulder better, you'll be ok, you just need time to heal Adam~~Thinking of you, stay well.💙
I'm perfect it seems, I hurt but I'm sure it's nothing in comparison to what you're dealing with 😔 I'm gonna try not to complain anymore about my problems because I know there's people out there that are much worse off than I am. I had a friend that lived in Louisiana that had lymphedema and it took her away from me. She was completely bed ridden. I have another friend that has it now, waist down. It's really sad that we have all these so called (SMART) Dr's and they can't find a cure for these horrible diseases. Many prayers for you claudette. I wish you well. Always. It's unreal on what some of them don't know and innocent people are dieing cause of there errors or not knowing there Profession. I know there's always someone worse off then me.
