Amanda, I used to have the same energy crashing problem/lots of stomach aches when fasting Ramadan😭but recently I watched a video from a Doctor saying that eating oatmeal helps with releasing energy slowly throughout the day because it digests slowly. I've started eating it for every suhoor since I came across the video a few days ago and found that I don't have any more energy crashes in the day.

Once you cut out your cookies, put them in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.....then bake immediately. They will keep their shape! Love love love Kohinoor Restaurant!

You were so adorable running to give hubby his slippers.. I always wear my husbands tee shirts etc. lol.. I get Botox too for that same reason one eyebrow goes up so much higher and that I squint all the time.. its painful especially in the sun.. I just get 20 units of Botox.. But I did try Dysport last time and it lasted really long.

Probably that's why you feel lousy because your period is coming.
I usually keep eating even though I feel full. That's the sign. And will experience discomfort or slight cramps or bad cramps. I will not do anything but rest.

Amanda I don't eat lamb , but next time wrap it first with saran wrap tightly .Then the foil. It will steam & keep all juices in .

Assalamualaikum, would having a cold not exempt you from fasting on the grounds of illness?
Depends on severity imo. The issue is if you miss for minor reasons, you have to make it up. It’s hard to make it up ngl communal fasting is easier
@@HJ-pm2ie basically you do have to make up any fasts you miss. However If you’re not able to actually makeup any fast for extenuating circumstances (ex chronic illness) your suppose to pay a certain amount to feed poor people to replace your fast
