Thank you Ovais. Can you please talk about how to deal with mental blocks? For instance, when foreign offers come they come with outrageous amount of money. I had a profile paying 500k USD and I couldn't bring my self belief to match the offer. I couldn't believe I deserve that kind of money, so I had very low confidence going into the interview which ruined it from the get-go.
