@@pamela9270 ABSOLUTELY! What happened? Does anyone know? She was incredibly articulate because of her background. What a terrible loss for her family and everyone.
My Dr. is from the U.K. .. I’m here in W. CANADA. My Dr. was thrilled that I gifted him my copy of The Maudsley Deprescribing Guidelines. He’s has put it in the Dr. library in their clinic 👏📖
Thank goodness Ashton actually witnessed and saw how the ppl were withdrawing. She was the beginning warrior to pave the way for us today. I'm so excited to see the new asma manual updates this next year. Thank you Nicole❤
In order to taper on our own we do need a prescriber. That can be hard to find. I have been fortunate but others in my area are just having to abruptly discontinue because prescribers are refusing to continue with the rx.
unfortunately here is the USA patients best option is not even to mention a taper .... just keep getting the prescription and do it all yourself . there are so many horror stories out there with people being just cut off because it was a low dose the majority of doctor rapid taper in like 2 to 4 weeks . i totally agree with nicole hire a benzo coach and do not mention any type of taper to your doctor or psychiatrist or pa-c or np
We just mentioned to my son's Psych about tapering, and now he is on the defensive going to keep him on the mental health act here in NZ and wants to once he is on this give him more drugs and hold him to ransom. am trying my best to be there for him my son and actually fighting for him now because they the dr's system are coming down hard on him...sad...sick...
Nicole, I’ll keep repeating it:
You’re literally a hero.
Angela Peacock, you’re a hero.
All of you, are absolutely HERO’s! Thank You ALL!
These ladies are Saving Lives. Nicole, Angie, etc.etc.
I'll add Dr. Christy Huff to that list. Even though she's not with us any longer, she did a lot of good for the community.

@@user-dg7sy8cz3b Her obituary is online, I'll let you look it up. She left here in March this year. She was an amazing person and advocate. 🕊
@user-dg7sy8cz3b I don't see my first reply and I noticed another message from you. You can Google her obituary. It is very much a loss to everyone. 🕊
