From one Pam to another, thanks for your story. Listening to your symptoms it sounded a lot like mine before I went off Clonazepam. I was on for 20 years and was even diagnosed with Fibromyalgia long before I stopped. Now I don't think I ever had it but has the symptoms of it are the same as benzo withdrawal. The pain and suffering are horrendous. We deserve a metal for surviving all this. I would settle for doctors understanding and even a little kindness though. Best wishes to you and all who suffer. 💛🧡❤️
Hello, I’m Pam . 😊 same thing! I have cut down on my Xanax, but life is a battle for me, also on Cymbalta. That’s a hard one to go down on too. Your video is amazing. Thank you.
I took xanax in many periods in my life, I realize now how lucky I was : I never developped permanent side effects. I had the luck to have a responsible psychiatrist who insisted, from the beginning, that I should never take xanax regularly but only "one shot" if needed. This got hard coded in my mind. I always saw xanax as something to take exceptionally, if ever. Now I know I'll never take it again. Hang on beautiful Pam. I love your story ❤️
Spravado would be great, the problem is doctors are too expensive and I can't function long enough to get healthcare. I'm not lucky enough to have a veterinarian friend either so im s.o.l. Not being able to access the things I need has been the cause of all my addictions.

I am so happy for you!!!😊
It always stops working sooner or later. Then the nightmare begins
Yep, and a nightmare it is. It takes almost a superhuman effort to get off this stuff....much worse than coming off heroin.
Oh, yes. Beyond a nightmare...
