I used to watch the Secret Santa videos and saw how much the teachers really connected with you and wondered how are you doing. I became a middle school teacher in 2019 and the year ended with Covid, but also changed life as we knew it.
Are you doing alright? Some of the teachers from the Secret Santa videos don't teach anymore and others are so overwhelmed.
I'm sitting here still trying to grade papers and wonder if 2023 will improve with negative behavior, school fights, and all that goes with middle school.
How is the highschool level as a teacher.
