Why is Poland's Geography really suck? Poland faces big challenges because of its flat land and lack of natural defenses against enemies. Poland has limited access to the sea, mainly through the Baltic. This makes it easy for enemies to block trade routes and forces Poland to control narrow water passages. Other nearby lands offer better chances for growth. Those to the east have more room to expand, while those to the west and south have better sea routes. Throughout history, Poland has been invaded by many powers like Swedes, Russians, Ottomans, and Germans. This led to Poland losing a lot of land and people. Even though Poland is part of NATO and the European Union, recent events in neighboring areas have made Poland worried about possible dangers. This shows how important alliances are for keeping Poland safe.

1. In ww1 it literally didn’t exist for like half of the war and then it managed to stage a successful rebellion when all of the partitioners (Russia, Austria and Germany) were weakened by the war
2. In ww2 it’s manpower was comperable to the French army but it’s not easy to win when your fighting 2 most powerful armies in Europe on 4 fronts

Hi, thanks for making a video about my fatherland, but there is a mistake in Polands border you drew. Poland-Germany border is mainly a straight line while yours isnt. You took some land from poland and gave it to germany, on the top next to the baltic sea. I decided to point it, beacuse my city is in that area 😂

Unfortunately i can never know what are Putins true intentions towards Poland. I Heard him say in the past that he wants to bring back Soviet Union. And i am certain my politicians are bought by the American, German and Israeli government. They are told to oppose Russia, and wage hybrid war against you. If anyone even mentions that the enemy is to the west, and not to the east, he is ridiculed in mainstream media, and called russian agent.

1795 and 1939, when was the third time? During the Napoleonic Wars? It was a puppet state, it doesn't count. Unless you mean what happened in 1138-1320, but that wasn't the result of invasion, it was problems with feudal law.

The sea point is kind of moot in the modern day though seeing as Poland is ok good terms with the Danes, Swedes, and Norwegians, and they’re all NATO countries as of March, plus Belarus and Ukraine currently act as buffers, and if Poland were to be properly invaded article 5 would go into effect and we’d have boots in Moscow by next Tuesday.
