I was completely carried away. It might looked like I'm getting distracted by my own thought, but then I wake up on another wave of (musical) emotion - just to find that it was the melody, that took me on that journey.. to be later returned from it, just as gently... but with +1 experience. It's like day-dreaming.
Thank you Phil for sharing your feelings.

Oh my gosh. You have already expressed so much with words, but with the music that comes from the bottom of our souls and from the bottom of our hearts, we bring light back into our souls and those of others who are open to music. Everyone will feel something and connect it to their own experiences and feelings. We can really be thankful for the music.🙏❤

Thank you, I enjoyed that. It reminds me of the austere nocturnes by John Field, which inspired Chopin to write his (more elaborate) noctures. I appreciate that this is improvised, and therefore there can be little preconception, making it simultaneously harder to do, but also more in touch with your immediate feelings.
I wonder whether some listeners will be as able to understand musicians such as yourself at a deeper level (psycho analysis even) entirely via the improvisations?

Thanks! I like to think music "speaks" directly, soul to soul. Of course, people have different tastes or musical needs. Interestingly, I don't find improvising difficult. Of course, the skill takes practice, but once you're fluent musically, it flows.

Thank you! I know - it's my own hybrid. I think my 2 greatest influences are Chopin and Stevie Wonder!
