I'm on my literal knees every single night begging for his grace and help. I'm not sure I'm gonna kick it at this point. I'm almost to the point where I've just accepted that I'll forever be broken now.

You can kick and rebuke the demon God willing, it will be extremely difficult, you will suffer, but the grace and love from Jesus will lay and wash over you like a warm blanket that the misery can never give you.
