Jeet Sharma not that sure sadly. Oda doesn't like keeping Luffy away from the story for a long time. He jumped back from Reverie to Luffy so quickly (despite Reverie being so damn good). That's why getting it in manga is a bit doubtful. That's why someone reminiscing it in front of Luffy kinda makes sense to get those flashbacks as Luffy would be involved there.
