- The in-game version of ACVD's Mechanized Memories, ripped from the game's files.
There's already a upload of this but it's much lower quality, and I'm pretty sure it was just recorded from the game instead of filedumped.
I'm not really sure why this version is mixed so differently from the CD version while all the other songs sound the same between both, very strange.

A song of a warrior who has nothing left but his monstrous actions of the past and the fight in front of him. Really fits that this is a remix of Remember, which played when you killed 100 million people in Destroy Cradle 03 in AC:FA. This has probably gotta be my favorite mix of all the versions of Mechanized Memories.
The song for Destroy Cradle 03 was Scorcher, which is also the song for your first mission, it's Strayed's theme. J (N-WGIX's pilot and leader of Reaper Squad) isn't Strayed, he's a clone of Joshua O'Brien from AC4, the original White Glint, hence why Mechanized Memories is a remix of Remember, and the clear resemblance to the 2nd White Glint (Anatolia's mercenary's NEXT in For Answer) that N-WGIX (Which stands for Next-White Glint 9) has.
@@Elegiu5 Every time I've seen Destroy Cradle 03 it was using Remember. Anyways, that's very interesting to remember, though I knew about Joshua O'Brien being J. Here's the most recent vid that made me think Remember was the song that played in Destroy Cradle 03. @@Elegiu5Remember was the song that played in destroy cradle 03, I've universally seen it on every video of that level. When I played the emulator I heard that song play too, so I have no idea how you got the idea Scorcher plays in Destroy Cradle 03.
@@Elegiu5 You're probably mixing up Destroy Cradle 3's mission ost with Attack Arteria Carpals. Strayed theme plays both in the very first and very last missions of the game.

I didn't even know the game mix sounded so different but here I am, listening to it nonstop for several days...

The fourth and fifth generation needed a remaster yesterday. Yeah, they were too avant-garde and niche for their time, but now? With the way ACVI exploded? They could be granted a second life.
As long as I can actually fly up instead of wall jumping, it'll be a perfect opportunity for such revival
Unfortunately that’s unlikely, remastering the old Armored Core games would be a licensing nightmare due to pretty much every game having a different publisher
@@aazelion5189 nah not all the publishers exactly own the specific armored core game they published, if that was the case the next armored core game wouldn’t have been published by a different company. Fromsoft would’ve had to pull a Dark Soul because they couldn’t use Demon’s Soul without Sony’s permission.

Can we get an Armored Core 6 DLC / Spin off game with this theme or a remix of this remix playing as the final boss theme?
I enjoyed Armored Core 6 and liked the soundtrack. But that's because I had no comparison...I mean the soundtrack is still great..."Hearing things" and "Point of no return" [because I'm an ALLMIND fanboy] are absolute *bangers* and I still enjoy every single time I get to hear them and play missions / spend time in the garage listening to them.
But I'd also like some of this in the next entry / update to the franchise.
Frigging same. Ac4/ for answer and ac5/verdict days music was good stuff. Hell a dlc that allows us to use these songs like capcom did with re2 and re4 remake for the old osts....would be icing on the cake for ac6 or another mainline ac entry

Probably cuz they try to match the game's *FreQuency*
But they also Probably have more time to flesh out the music after game's release
the bass hits harder in the in game version
This is just better than the original. The buildup and actual feeling of the bass is much more present here. It's pretty much just the elements of the official released version if it were paced better. Lol.

@@Jack-mt3fw that’s because the original lyrics are Japanese and are horribly translated in English.
In context and abstraction they make sense, in short in a character theme J and white glint realizing they are infact scary.

I hope they bring back or use songs from ac5vd and ac 4 answer for the ac6 game cuz i personally think these types of songs fit perfectly for the series
Highly doubt From will want anything to do with their older titles, but to make up for that they just announced a physical soundtrack release that includes an extra bonus disc with new remixes. It's similar to how they did the 20th anniversary boxset.

It's mostly just the mixing, basically every other upload is the album version. It's pretty easy to hear the difference.

-Your second interpretation is correct, although my definition for dumb is attached to a feeling of endearment. However, There is a misunderstanding with my former expression of gratitude. I'll elaborate on this misunderstanding due to my error in conveying my first comment by splitting it into two parts & aligning my first comment with my intended interpretation.
-Formally, my comment is thanking the channel owner for uploading this song, because they expressed their dislike for it in the video description. By thanking them, my original intent was to convey that I do indeed enjoy this song, although my error in my first comment was not including my enjoyment of "Mechanized Memories" with my expression of gratitude for them uploading it since they don't like it.
-In the latter, my original intent was to convey that I also shared the same sentiment in regards to the lyrics. Although the lyrics don't make sense without contextual analysis, I find the lyrics endearing, because in portraying the characters' through a unique sounding musical poetry, the way in which the lyrics are sung reminds me of wolves howling to tell the rest of the pack that they survived.
-Something about wolves howling reminds me of a national anthem to tell the rest of the world we're still alive and breathing. Howling to keep track of who fell behind is the closest thing wolves have to a graveyard. In retaliation they have more cubs to restore their little country & depending on how many wolves howled back.

The lyrics are dumb because you don’t know the backstory of armored core, also, this song is a remix of remember which is a song that belongs to a next called white glint. The final boss of armored core verdict day supposedly uses some of the parts of old legendary nexts while you use a normal…
