I dont watch his channel anymore. Because his guidance helped me quit vaping. But here just to like and comment so that algorithm pushes him more.
I feel like i need this guy rn. And i feel bad that i will also leave him when i finish this 😢
Now imagine going through withdrawals and having ADHD. It’s killa boiii. But soooo worth the pain to get better.
This video helped me quit nicotine when I thought I never could. Actually hearing someone’s story that was so similar to mine was eye opening. I showed this to my homie who was just as addicted as me and we immediately smashed our vapes, threw out our tins, and went cold turkey. Thank you so much for allowing me to take me life back and accomplishing what I thought was impossible.
I was smoking my buddies vape on the weekends and have probably experience nicotine withdrawals several hundred times. I’ve thrown out probably 50 vapes and have quit more than anyone I’ve ever met. My advice, stay on it, or stay off it. 3 months off weed and nicotine now and I have no anxiety, little depression, and can breath thru my nose. I don’t have to worry as much about lung cancer too
Take black seed oil that helps the healing process, I take a teaspoon a day
Did you have trouble breathe through nose before you quit ?
Hey
@@floridalife7564 yea, particularly from weed smoking tho. Not when your high but when your coming down off the high.
weed and nicotine gave you anxiety? i wonder why you couldn/t breathe thru your nose 🤔
Yesterday I decided vaping wasn't worth it for me. After 2 hours of quitting I looked up "How to stop cravings" and found some of your videos like getting through the first 72. Immediately after I broke all 4 of my vapes. It is easier to flee temptation than to fight it, so I gave myself no choice but to quit!
That’s how you do it !
How are you now
@@PrestigeProPainters the nicotine possessed him and locked him in a closet with $600 worth of Elf Bar Vapes and the nicotine demon has him chiefin 😂jkjk
@@memesyandhorrorshorts sad thing is… that’s $600 on 30 vapes
5 days no smoking after almost 40 years addicted wish me luck!
A video of yours popped up last night for the first time and it was right on time. I decided to quit vaping/smoking last night and threw all of my vaping products away. I'm now a subscriber and am sharing your videos.
You and bill howie are some of the best addiction youtubers. Like thankyou for the free help, seriously.
So much makes sense to me now!! Literally everything explained in this video is exactly what I’d been experiencing.
I haven’t had a vape in two days and I’ve crashed so hard and it’s reassuring to know why!
This video gives me strength to keep going with quitting. Thank you!
This is a fantastic video. 3 days in and i feel 1000% better. Mood has improved already. This video has kept me going!
Day 3, second time quitting with help of NRTs 🤞🏼 your video has seen me look at addiction of vapes in a completely different way! Thank you
3 days going on 4 today 🤘thank you, I can't really explain it but these videos juste take my cravings away, I guesse hearing someone with a similar story makes me realize that the craving is gonna passe
Keep going bro your helping a lot of people ✌️
I’ve probably seen about 40 hours of your videos in total, and I can proudly say that every second has helped me on my journey to quit. A lot of those hours were spent getting my mind/body ready to quit and cultivating a plan while taking notes, while the others were spent helping me through withdrawal and quitting. Still not easy but I want to say thank you for your help and for helping save my life, beyond grateful for this channel. Godspeed!
Thanks for these videos bro. I don't follow all the time, but it seems like your videos pop up right when I need them and you reinforce concepts I've learned but sometimes forget. You are awesome bro. Thank you for your honesty about all this.
I have already quitted seriously but still keep watching cause idk why its so nice hearing him
Love your videos. Every time I get a craving to vape I just come and watch one of your videos and it totally makes it go away as it’s not worth it. Thanks.
I am on day four of being vape free and it has been soooo difficult. I have had to stop myself several times from going to the vape shop that is literally right down my street. I keep trying to find an acceptable reason to purchase one but of course I can't find a reason to justify inhaling toxins. It helps to have someone explain what goes on in your body when you vape and why you feel like you need it. Thank you for uploading this content. It is sooo appreciated.
I’m on day one and struggling because I drive past my vape store on my way to work but I’ve been feeling better already, just hope I can make it through the week
@@Deathchant102 this is my 1st day of having nothing and day 6 of having a reduction.
Personally I feel an illness I’ve never felt before, I can’t sleep head and eyes hurt and ache all over with coughing up the crap it puts in your lungs, I’m finding it reasonably okay because the withdrawal is so awful and just don’t wanna to go near one.
what toxins?
@@esdubbleyew3476 😂 seriously? The one's you inhale from the vape....Duh
This is insane. Literally everything you said, i can relate to. Im quitting today and I’ve tried before and failed especially considering my job gets stressful and a nice hit of vape helps. But i need to get over that hump. Besides the spending to support it, I often times reflect on things like how I would have to make a trip to smoke shop to re up before a trip or I wouldn’t want to go anywhere without having that comfort of having the vape on me and if I didn’t, again off to the smoke shop i go. Its so crazy how it’s controlled my life to that extent and I never even smoked cigarettes! I just thought vaping was cool because of the flavors. Great video, i subbed to you.
You’re doing gods work. I’m one of the lucky ones that did not get addicted to nicotine vapes in high school. I remember trying one for the first time in architecture 1 with one of my friends. The first hit was nice, but I just never really liked it for some reason.
I’m on day 2 no vaping, your videos really help! Thank youuu
Thank you for such wholesome, positive content.
Dr. Frank, do you write these videos or just speak straight from the heart? This is life changing content. Thank you!
Your information is bang on the truth about vaping. I felt so tired and unmotivated on it plus vaping is harder than cigarettes to quit. I finally quit but the withdrawals were horrible
I appreciate the explanation of why nicotine can be harmful even if you're not smoking cigarettes or dipping, etc. I often find it difficult to justify quitting things like vaping because it's easy to view it as "harmless" to the body when in reality it damages your mental health greatly. I've quit nicotine probably 20 times and each time I start up again it feels great!! But then... after about a week I quickly realize how insanely tired, fatigued, and unmotivated I am all the time, and I don't want to do ANYTHING, and it really takes a toll on my wellbeing. Today I'm quitting again and the hardest part for me is reminding myself of these realizations once I have been free of nicotine for an extended period of time because the mind does funny things... so I'll be watching your videos! Thanks a bunch!
yes first rush feels good not gonna lie. This is the worst about quitting. Every time you try to quit and fail you feel much better right away with only few inhalations. But after a day or two you remind yourself why you hate it. The truth is only when a vaper vapes he can think rationally and knows it's a prison and a horrible habit.
Hey man, just wanted to thank you for your videos and help getting off of nicotine. 5 days off it so far.
Im quitting tomorrow. I have tried so many times. Everything you have said makes so much sense . I plan on use these videos as my Go to. I have to do this . Im 46. I have to do this.. its so hard but i believe your videos can help. I am ALWAYS fatigued. Im also in perimenopause 😂 so i have alot going on and fighting against me. But ,I absolutely NEED to do this 🙏🏼
I never thought I could quit cigarettes, vapes and green. Thank you for helping me find my strength 🙏🏻
This was exactly the video I was looking for thank you
Thank you so much for this, you have bo idea how much youve been helping me kick this nasty substance
Day 7.. it has been a tough road!
Day 16 of no weed..
Day 34 of no alcohol!
Talk about a journey!
But honestly without God, I could not of done this!
Hang in there guys and gals it gets easier.
Try praying 🙏
God is always ready to help us!
God can definitely help with addiction, it’s like an extra push to help yourself when you want to relapse
True that! The Lord helped me quite smoking Meth 7yrs ago, and weed 8 month's ago. Next is Nicotine and alcohol
Amen God gives us his strength Glory to Jesus Christ
Oh my god this explains a lot. I am not ready to quit yet or plan to. But now I understand what's happening in the morning.
I wasn't sure if it was my medication that I need to take or my vape or what. It's just good to know now and what steps to take
Damn this sounds so true to my situation. I have developed all these issues. Going to try and quit and hope they start to get better
RIGHT ON POINT!!!!!....Thanks for your videos
I quit 5 days ago because of the “i can” mindset appreciate it
This video was legendary!
I have quit chewing tabacco successfully. It's been 2 months and 18 days since I quit. Thanks mate. Love from India 😊
quitting is hard but so. so worth it in ways i cannot describe
Damn idk if I can watch your vids anymore. They just make me think about vaping. 1 month clean all thanks to your quote "wether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're probably right." Thats the quote that got me through the hard times. I knew I could quit. I also wrote myself a letter that i'd read everytime I got a craving. I think another reason I was able to quit was because I mentally prepared for it for about 10 days. I had to catch a plane home and I decided 10 days in advance that the vape hit before the plane was going to be my last. It was kinda like coming to terms with a breakup. Another reason I was able to quit is kinda narcissistic but it was to flex on my friends who couldn't quit. Thanks for coming to my ted talk. Everyone can beat this stupid addiction
Thanks, this very well justifies my chronic fatigue. I quit 3 weeks ago. The first 5 days i was completely bedridden, then I started to feel amazing and then the second week my fatigue kicked again. Finally on the third week I feel good again. I hope to stay like this now.
How's your progress bro.. I'm in my second week and been feeling fatigue and sleepy even though I've sleep well in the night

Thank you sir. I just decided yesterday. I was gonna quit, for good. I went out side with my wife and she saw me throw away all my vapes and pods. I want to prove my self to her. Like we always have to each other. And I wanna be a stronger note secure mam for this amazing beaitful woman in my life. She's supporting me fully. And I hope to come back to this comment, and to tell you guys of my success. I know it's gonna suck, but I feel ready. I'm not giving up somthing. I'm getting my life back.
God speed brother ❤️
Thanks for this video. It’s made my quit continue
dude, u just blew my mind! i gotta quit! i have insmina and sleeps since 5 months already between 0.30 and 2.30hrs
I’ve been addicted to Vaping since 2014, I’ve spent countless amounts on vapes & related products, also might I add, I suffer from PTSD & Anxiety & top that off with ADHD. I’m on a journey to become vape free ❤ I quit 👊🎉🎉🎉
Can i get an update i have the same
This is very helpful.
I wasn't fatigued when on nicotine. I just constantly did "it" so maybe that's what your referring to.
Now I started the withdrawal and got myself some Nicorette spray.
That kinda works but it burns my throat.
The patches don't even work on the highest mg...
The first 3 days were hard now it's getting better!
Great content, I'm 24 hours vape-free. Pray for me!
Good video 👌
im in the middle of day 3 detox. sucks but its going to be worth it. also bike riding and walking has been helping.
This video is 100% enlightening
Great content sir!
Amazing job you do 👏🏻👍🏻❤️
Quit for 3 months this year and went back and I'm on day 2 today again and very proud of myself... No luck needed I will quit again for good this time
Yes yes and yes! This is me. On day four no nic. More energy already. First 3 days I was exhausted slept a lot. But day 4 much better
You are doing great!
you help me so much, I'm going strong 13 days!
There ya go!
I quit cold turkey 3 weeks ago, first day and evening was the hardest, cold sweats, nightmares, absolute insanity, after day 3 I was doing so much better. Fun fact, my vaping was causing me to have seizures that’s why I stopped, 3 weeks no seizures my heart rate is the lowest it’s ever been my energy levels have been so much better and my overall life has been amazing, thank you for helping me man.
I’ve stopped smoking cigarettes and now currently in the process of stopping vaping and I can say with confidence that stopping vaping is way harder for me.
This is an excellent video on nicotine! One of the things that helped me quit was keeping the nicotine product in my possession and just not using. Having it gave me a sense of security and safety, and after so long you can then throw it away. 😎
Mane, it’s been almost 3 or 4 days without weed and I feel so great. Not trying to keep track of the days this time. Still on nicotine but I’m just trying to do one at a time so I don’t go through mega withdrawal. Although, I’m feeling pretty inspired to go to the gym again which means nicotine won’t be in my life much longer. 😊
Been vaping about 3 years. Never once experienced any of the side effects you mentioned. Also never vaped disposables, the ones with the high nic salts of which you speak. I vape 0 - 2 mg of freebase nic. And I certainly don’t vape all day long. Don’t even vape at work. Maybe one day I’ll decide to quit vaping but for now it definitely keeps me from going back to cigarettes. Kudos to those that do decide to quit though.
This channel helped me quit the juul. 20 days in after vaping it for 5 years. Frank, you deserve more viewers and subs, I used my addiction mindset to get into running.
Thanks Dr. Frank for helping me!
How are you now
Any update?

@@Pedrxm26 I’m going to quit in 2 days on a trip, very excited. What’s it like 3 months later after quitting? Do you still have cravings ?
I deliberately do not keep track of how long ago I quit vaping, I accept that it remains difficult. For me, this increases the chance that I will persevere.
17 days sober of nic frank. I still get feelings to hit my vape is that normal dr frank ?
Nicotine withdrawal is the absolute worst especially from chain vaping. Trust me, it’s much better just to never pick one of them up and hit it than to find out the hard way
30 days in and anxiety is still string
I have severe complex Post traumatic stress disorder and I started vaping to quit smoking and didn’t know why I struggle with insomnia and extreme lethargy. I can’t get to the gym like I use too. Wow but I’m terrified to quit because my severe ptsd makes it so hard due to my psychological disorders 😔
I quit drinking alcohol cold turkey a year ago and quit smoking 🚬 ciggerettes 4 years ago but i began vaping now I'm addicted to that I'm still struggling to quit went 3 day's and start vaping again it's the constant head aches i feel ill like sick.
can you do a support video to this about how you mentioned how u also combined nicotine with thc and energy drinks
I vaped for 5 years before just recently switching to Zyn pouches, I slowly weaned my self off of them and eventually just stop using all in all, I’m 2 weeks clean now and don’t plan on going back
i just hit an epiphany. thats probably why i feel what i feel when i drink coffee and feel fatigued.
is increaed heart rate and diziness randomly for small amounts of time a thc withdrawal symptom ????
I've never experienced any of this and I went from smoking cigarettes to vaping using elfbar or hotbox
I failed again for like the 5th time in 2 months going to try again I'm having my last puff on my vape today at 4pm and I'm trying again. I'm starting a new job and I've been an anxiety riddled mess and vaping has made it so much worse I want to be OK on my first day it means so much to me I start in 2 weeks so here's hoping
@Versa went OK for about 2 weeks I'm on day one with only having a puff this morning so yeah back on the wagon again
Wondering if I should ask my Doctor if a higher dose of Prozac during these withdrawal times, More Serotonin? , dopamine vs serotonin, i need to learn about the differences. Hell maybe I just need to deal with the withdrawals , switching or changing habits or having to change my meds is obnoxious ... nevermind ,,,, Great videos, much appreciated .
Thank you bro 🙏🏾
The more i listen to this guys videos,
The more knowledge i gain,
The dumber i feel for being addicted.
Good...
Im happy to support this company
on day 2 of giving up a heavy vaping addiction of the last 8 years this is unbearable but i no its needs to be done
For my birthday I quit. I wanted to be nic free by my birthday. I did it. A day before my birthday I had chest and throat pains and a fat migraine, the next day, my birthday I actually woke up refreshed for the first time in almost 10 years.
definitely watching this while thinking my lung collapsed
Just came across this because im very tired all the time and haven’t been exercising and think its 100% the vaping. Im a heavy vaper and want to know if quitting cold turkey is going to be bad for me and cause panic attacks.
Hey man this is my first video from u really interesting stuff can u make one on kratom addiction?
I plan on doing that soon!!! Thanks for bring here

Doctor frank, have you ever experienced heart or chest pain due to nicotine? I'm trying to quit, I'm getting better but oh my gosh my heart hurts. The doc said it's fine and did tests but I still feel pain. Idk if it's anxiety or something.
my problem is I want to quit all the substances u mention on this channel but dont know how to start. which one first. nicotine or thc. adult media or energy drinks after all those things robbed my energy. its a cycle I can't get out of
Can you make a video about the horrible mornings on vaping ? Ugh so gross
I stopped smoking cigarettes 4 day's ago and started Vaping, I didn't realise the strength of them and overdosed on NIC. I've had a huge stomach aches for two day's. Today I reduced the amount and that helped, but I've noticed I'm totally wrecked when I wake-up. On the good side I've already saved around 75 Australian dollars from not smoking, so I think I will use vaping as a way to get off cigarettes but I won't turn it into my new habit
Proud of those who quit successfully.
I use to smoke and i wen to vaping then i quit then i went back on vaping nic free now im back on nic shots in my vape juice but im planing to quit any tips on how to quit
During the first couple days of withdrawal do you think supplementation with dopamine precursors like L-tyrosine, b-vitamins, etc would be helpful or is the dopamine deficit necessary for building the process of quitting?
how bad is it, If I smoke 4x per month or less? just a few hits not all day?
You're doing God's work on this channel. Keep it up
You’re perspective is the only one that made me feel like it was going to be possible to quit for good. Thank you. After watching a few of your videos I unceremoniously quit. We are 1 day and a half in and I feel anxious but keep reminding myself get thru72 and these withdrawals aren’t too bad. Thank you! 🩷🩷🩷
Dannnng bro no wonder I’m so tired all the freaking time. I mean I knew it was the vape but didn’t know why exactly
Oh my god its all so true.i threw my vape away this afternoon and now im actualy panicking that i haven't got one..what the hell is this..its crazy
14 days no Zyn. Got severe constipation. Had one Zyn pouch today and was able to pass a painful stool. Very worried I am going to experience withdrawal symptoms again after having one pouch and cause more bowel issues. Tried the smooth move tea which helped at first but wondering what I should do next, besides throw the rest of Zyn pouches away
Go to the doctors. Ask for some movicol or laxido. They are sachets that will help you go when you're constipated. And they work better than anything else. Just take 1 when you need to guarantee you go the next day, and just use them as and when you need them.
I never smoked cigarettes, and last year at 41 I picked up vapes. Stupidest drug decision I’ve ever made, and I’ve made a few mistakes…
Some people might get mixed up with addiction and habit. And think there more addicted to smoking cigarettes then nicotine smoking is a habit
I wonder if withdraw from vapes is a lot worse than cigarettes, cause lemme tell ya… cigarettes was hard to quit. I switched to vaping.. And I felt like it really helped a lot. Now I feel tired a lot and have had some anxiety. .. I really do want to quit though. I’m tired of feeling dependent on something I know isn’t doing any good for me.
I was ganna say i never quit but cut down and i do notice as i do i it less i feel more motivation and enjoying food and life more
This is why I'm mad at the industry pushing 50mg nic salts. Nobody needs 50mg! I am a 2 pack a day smoker. I vapes for less then 5 minutes not chain valing and I got an extreme headache and felt sick. It's to much I vape 3 to 6mg and I will always advocate for that ni amount. For 1 you can chain vape to get more into you and the withdrawals aren't even 25% of what soemoen doing 50mg gets. The industry was supposed to get better with regulation but all of these companies want to push these pods with the highest dose. The average pod or disposable has 5%/50mg they use the words 5% to make you feel like it isn't much when on reality it's so much more potent then you think. I've never gotten a buss even off of smoking 3 cigs in a row like I did with like 10 hits of 50mg. It's just to high. It's going to bring a bad name to vaping and alot of people getting sick. If we would be able to max at 12mg you would see a bigger difference with less hospital visits and less people getting sick. It would be a much better avenue for smokers. Nobody and I mean nobody needs more then 12mg especially with the devices out right now. You can grt as much put of them as you want. You know before it was regulated the highest nic count our shop had was like 18mg for good reason. We weren't going to push crazy amounts of nic then slats came out which reach the blood much quicker and is smoother so people them went higher on nic and 50mg should not be allowed! Period the transition down to like 20mg won't be to bad if they just cut out 50. You would adapt and believe it or not feel better also. 20mg should be the highest dose period!hsince it's been regulated thw avergae nic dose is 3x what most were doing. You know 5 years ago my shop I worked out 99% of customers highest dose was 12mg. We wouldnt push higher we knew the dangers and it's just sad to see its almost like they want to ruin vaping so they can say see its unhealthy. With bad side effects but people keep buying into it. Vaping is healthier and nic should be lowered. If ypu are a vaper please get off of the disposable pods unless it's 20mg or less. Change I promise you will be happier and won't be as reliant.
I'm scared. It's day 12 since I quit vaping, and the withdrawal symptoms have gotten worse and more intense, not better. I have brain fog and tension headaches the last few days and an almost overwhelming depression. The depression kicked in around day 4. I want to cry a lot, and I feel so angry and irritable. I'm going to stick with this. I'm prepared for these types of symptoms to continue for 4-6 weeks, but God, it is so hard. I'm praying for an end to this.
I’m on day 8, and right there with you my dude. The depression is a lot to bear, but I know it’s just my dopamine system looking for a fix. Trying to stay strong and remind myself the short term hell will be worth it in the long run. Sending love and support - we can do this!
Binge watching your videos because I’m tired of being a slave to nicotine. I smoked cigarettes for 4 years and have been vaping for about 3 and I’m sooooooooooooo over the control it has over me! Weed too!
U still vaping ?
Do vapes cause skin itches as well?
