Hey Quadro. Pegasus Bridge was a glider-borne coup-de-main operation to seize the easternmost crossings to the landing beaches. The idea was to use the element of surprise to quickly seize the bridge, remove any explosives the Germans had placed, and hold the bridges against the inevitable German counter-attack. The raid was entirely successful and is well known in British military history. I only found out after living next door to him for years, that my neighbour, Bill Grant, had been one of those tasked with running out of the glider and disarming any charges on the bridge. He sadly passed away, in his 90s, a few years ago. He was a great person.

No way! They've got Pegasus Bridge as a map! And i love how they have cinematics before the mussion starts. Honestly think Enlisted can learn from this game. Hope it comes to console soon
I propose to DarkFlow to add a luttle cinematic before the begin of he mission but they just reply to me there are too much work to do.. 😂 but I think mayne they will add something if we ask as a cumminity for this

oh man dude. Rising Storm 1 was amazing. The banzai charges being cut down by flamethrowers, the knee mortars smacking into bunkers. So much fun

successfully holding off the beach in Invasion does give you satisfaction though....enough to stop you from playing more that day
