Hi, we purchased a product in qnet. Now we want to get back our money due to no use of product and illegal process.we asked so many times about refund to them but not responding.so please let me know how we get back money through consumer act and what is the process. They purchased product in abroad portal asosiate with qnet.

I sent a notice to service vendor and now vendor's advocate has sent a notice letter in reply to my notice that “the mentioned facts are not correct and If I proceed with case then I will be responsible for their cost & consequence if I loose the case".
Is it really true that consumer needs to bear the cost of vendor if case goes in vendor’s favor?
Hi, My name is Manjunath and I am from Bengaluru. I have filed a case against Philips India for their service issues. I mentioned 3 OP's in the case.
1. Philips manufacturing unit, Aurangabad
2. Philips head office, Gurgaon
3. Local service center, Bengaluru.
When consumer forum sent notice to all the OP's, it got delivered to only OP-2. OP-1 and OP-3 was not delivered due to address mismatch.
Now, I would like to exclude OP-1 and want to add only OP-3. My Case Stage shows Further Steps. I am stuck here. Please let me know what should I do next. How to proceed from here?
