@@LegalInspiration thank you so much for your reply guruji.
Most of them can explain what is caveat and how to file it (it can be called as knowledge), but in your video I caught that, you said in which situations we need to file caveat (implementing of knowledge in certain situations/ circumstances which can be called as wisdom). Uncountable You Tubers making videos on different topics but they are stretching in giving explanation where they can complete explanation in 1 minute but they are completing that in 10 or 20 minutes.
But your videos do not fall under such category.
If I feel I want to learn I will learn very deeply. For example there is a lot of difference between meanings I.e. purchase-buy, continual-continuous, expenditure-expenses, Listen-hear, say-tell while-meanwhile etc., This is my learning nature, for this my nature fortunately I found your channel that to without searching (I think 2 years ago I found your channel but I couldn't watch your videos due to some reasons. Now I have been watching 1 video many times until I understand the total content).
After watching your 2 videos only, there is a good development happened in my thought process regarding advocacy.
If I will put efforts for 1 video accurately it will consume couple of weeks by researching, making notes etc.,
I have completed my graduation in 2003 that to in my mother tongue. After a long gap I have finished my LLB in 2019 in English medium.
Since 1year only I am taking this profession due to some inevitable reasons (I am waiting for giving answer by my success for the public especially who under-estimating me {loose tounge, approaching back door methods, back biting and toxic people}, I know that it will take many years I am ready for challenges, putting efforts, for everything to reach my destination).
Literally I am telling that there is no measuring methods to express my happiness.
Really I am more than thankful to you guruji.
You are not sir for me, you stood in a guru position for me, so I will call you as guruji.
Now simultaneously I am learning English, advocacy etc.,
Once again thank you so much guruji.

If there is no law in a specific area then a lawyer should conduct research to find out how the law has been applied in other jurisdictions and if such a law favours the client, then to persuade the court to make similar findings. If the present law is against the client, then a lawyer should find reasons to persuade the court why the present law should be departed from.

Sir, a writ petition is on the board in Aurangabad High court, it is a humble request to know the approximate number of months it will take for the final result.

    • @LegalInspiration
      @LegalInspiration  Рік тому

      Dear Yogesh Shleke,
Thank you for your comment and your question regarding the timeline for a writ petition in the Aurangabad High Court. Unfortunately, it is difficult for me to provide a specific answer without more information about the petition and the court's caseload at the time.
In general, the timeline for a writ petition can vary depending on a number of factors, including the complexity of the issues involved, the number of parties involved, and the workload of the court. Additionally, unforeseen circumstances such as judicial holidays or unforeseen events can also impact the timeline.
That being said, it is important to note that the court strives to provide timely and efficient resolution to all cases before it. If you have concerns about the status of your petition, I would recommend reaching out to a local lawyer or the Registrar's office in the High Court for more information.
Thank you again for your comment and for being a part of the Legal Inspiration community. If you have any further questions or topics you would like me to cover in future videos, please don't hesitate to let me know.
      Best regards,
      *Adv. Nahush Khubalkar*
