There is an error in this audio chapter at around 2 hours into the Audio reading of NKJV John 19:36 the scripture states "For these things were done that the Scripture should be fulfilled, "Not one of his bones shall be broken." The narrator has read this verse and chapter wrong. He left out the word "NOT". I advise people out there to be careful what your putting in your spirit. Read and study the word of GOD for yourselves. Get to know the Lord Jesus Christ for yourselves. Dont depend on an audio version to make it easy for you because GOD's written word doesnt change.
Instead of saying, "Not one of his bones shall be broken," the narrator says, "That one of his bones shall be broken." Thanks for pointing that out HDotJay.

I am thankful that the Word of God has been preserved, and we sure do need to read and study and ask the Lord for help, but I am also thankful for tools like this, and it shows us that we need the Lord´s help because the best we do will have a problem or an error or a point of disagreement, but God´s Word in the original manuscripts had no errors at all...we have good copies of that. Lord bless you. Romans 10:17!

+Obinna Nweke The KJV and NKJV are the versions that stick the closest to the original Greek and Hebrew manuscripts so you should really stick to this one because other versions erase words and sometimes whole verses from the scriptures. Now, that being said, I listen to the Bible Podcast by Michael Lee. Michael Lee reads from the New English Translation (NET) version of the Bible. You should take a listen to it but be very careful because the NET erases many words and even verses from the Bible, stick to the KJV and or NKJV. Do your research .

Obinna: ACTUALLY, the ESV is taken directly from the Hebrew and Greek also. John MacArthur and many other preachers use it now. Stay away from any NIV as they are changing man and women to "people" etc. to "not offend anyone." THAT is bad. That is changing the very Word of God. As above commenter said too though the NASB is good also. Thanks for asking.
Obinna, like a few others have stated, the KJV and NKJV are the most closely translated from the original Hebrew and Greek. The others, especially the NIV (aka: never inspired version! haha) leave out passages that refer to Jesus as the Son of God and also to the Trinity. Before you buy a translation, check to make sure it has 1 John 5:7 "For there are three that bare witness in heaven; the Father, the Word and the Holy Ghost and these three are one." This passage testifies to the Trinity, something which many "Christians" these days seem to deny. But if we deny one aspect of God's identity, then we likewise deny all of Him. (As it states in 1 John 2:23 ...if we deny the Son, then we deny the Father....basically, if we deny one aspect to God's identity, then we deny ALL of Him.) Hope this helps. @@shellyslioneyes ACTUALLY, a good test for any of these "new bibles", is to look up ACTS 8 verse 37, this is arguably the most important verse in the book of Acts. If yours is missing this verse, I would stay away from that version of the BIBLE. You will notice the ESV has removed that verse, just like the NIV.

The king james translators did perfectly well and no but im working on that honest im also tryng to learn Aramaic as i already know hebrew
NWO is real but you dont need that level of understanding to see that the recent versions are heresy just look at the facts and do your due diligence and read the kjv first bc it is The Word and it makes it easier to pick out the false doctrine that many of these other perverse books are promoting
NWO is real I actually read lots of translations, the king James is beautiful like poetry. I just don't like the fact that it is based on the Volgate, (Latin) Gineva and other translations instead of going back to the original source.
Kjv is based on the textus receptus and since there have been mire manuscripts found that date closer to the time of christ. Kjv is a good traslation but has points at where the king edited scriptures to fit his agenda. Dr. James white explains this very well
