I tell anyone who has intrusive thoughts should not do the mistakes i did. You have to go through the valley of the shadow of death(psalm 23) and as it is written in corinthians 10 13 no temptation has overtaken you beside whats common to mankind. God is just and will not let you get temptation beyond what you can bear, so even though its horrible and even though you are scared God is with you so keep going though it. Intrusive thoughts are so we can find out what are our deepest fears are. this will be hard but, if you don't go through this season then you will proluedge and delay your path so let god lead you trust in him
