    I agree with the sentiments about control decks. Sometimes, I just quit on turn 2 or 3, just because I am in the mood for something more interactive.

      I’m new and I only have a booty cheeks toxic deck, and I can tell if I have a chance to win within the first 2 turns. I believe that mainly boils down to my cards being shitty and I can get a dead hand/mulligan pretty commonly, but it’s still funny to see my opponent doing all this stuff I have 0 clue about and being like “yeah we’re not doing this”. Either I can get you to toxic 6 in the first 2 turns and have removal and direct toxic or i dont and im not wasting my time.

      For real. Definitely didn't expect that to happen, but we'll take those. :)

    Yeah this deck handled mono-red with ease. Rookie and sentinel and preacher held the line amazingly well. Though I added two frillbacks, took out 1 mosswood and 1 bronco. So useful and necessary. (edit - rookie continues to be a star)

    Great vid as always, and glad to see Bronco is still as fun as always lol. Even when the opponent steals it and dies to it. XD

    We should get an interview with this brewer, they might have some standard insights

    One of my local opponents has been playing this deck for a while and it's exceptionally difficult to beat. I like the specifics in this decklist though. Wish I could afford the Sheoldred's IRL!

    ROTATION TALK TIME: I know this one is still viable after rotation, but what other current decks will be? Also, do you think the PROOF decks will be any good stepping forward

    Play it BO3 also

    • @PowrDragn
      @PowrDragn  6 місяців тому

      I don't make BO3 content. I'll play it for myself in tournaments and such, but that's not what my content is. I can get more matchups in BO1 and more MTGA folks play BO1.
      Plus, I don't think it would make a difference. The deck has already proven to be good in BO3.

      @PowrDragn got a question: Why are people not playing phyrexian oblitorator it's not like 4 black pips are hard to cast. I've been trying 2 copies recently and honestly think it deserves a 3rd with 3 Shelly top end

    • @PowrDragn
      @PowrDragn  6 місяців тому

      @@sheaandrus-oak6546 It actually can be a problem. But honestly, if you aren't doing fight effects to make use of it's ability, having card that do *SOMETHING* are more valuable. Otherwise, you can't draw your way out of a bad situation or remove a problem cards.
