If I were going to display it in a tray, and try that trick, is it supposed to be cooked? Or it's already cooked? How? Just curious.. I wanna try that but I'm worried
@@caligurlz28 pressing down onto the glass helped a lot. I noticed that if some slices are slightly thicker than others it will mess up the rose. Pick out the slices that are equally thin.

Salami is already cooked and can stay at room temperature for hours. No worries.
For the salami rose, how do you remove a piece to eat?
The rose is more for display then the ease of picking up. The other display tutorials are for easy picking.

Why does my rose come undone? 😭 does the salami need to be a certain temp?
Make sure you press the salami onto the glass right before you turn it over. It will help the slices stick to each other.
Mine does too no matter how how I press them to the glass 🥺🥺😫
