Shortly before Weesp the dispatcher routed you from the outer to the inner track, and then at the station routed you back onto the track you would have been on had you gone straight. Was the outer track out of service for some reason?

You could walk through the nose part before they got refurbished, hence the driver is sitting that high. But since their refurbishment, it's no longer possible.
