My husband had severe cervical stenosis from C1-C6 which was discovered after a car accident in 2022. His fingers started getting numbed. His pain management doctor referred him to surgeons. All of them wanted to do immediate surgery which meant fusion with rods which he would have loss 50% of neck motion. Instead, he did his research and found Dr. Cantor who recommended laminoplasty, but he needed to lose some weight before he would do anything. When my husband lost the weight, Dr. Cantor did his surgery according to his needs. We flew out to Florida and he is now 7 weeks since his surgery and he has been recovering remarkably. We are so grateful to Dr. Cantor and his team of experts. He is now looking forward to prepare for his lumbar stenosis surgery from L3-S1.
How much is the lumbar stenosis surgery? I need it so bad and trying to come up with the money to go see him
Man do i need this. Wish I had this option prior to my C6/C7 fusion at the ripe old age of 39.

Are you the only Doctor in the country that performs this surgery? I am in the Pacific Northwest and I am not sure if I can afford to make it to Florida for this much needed surgery.

I have severe cervical stenosis primarily on the left, at multiple levels, I also have M.S., due to the diagnosis of M.S I have had a neurosurgeon tell me that I would be too difficult to operate on and assess. I have a great deal of pain, worsened with most movements of my left arm, accompanied by weakness on the left side, also worsened with movement of my neck.

I've had a disc replacement at c6 c7 the facet canals on the right side still trap the nerve . Can the nerve canals be opened more at this level or not ?

I just had a doctor botch a lumbar stenosis epidural and a cervical stenosis epidural. Made my pain twice as bad as it was. Basically crippled at this point.

I started taking raw k-complex from my chiropractors advice because of too much calcium and it’s literally dissolved a lump on my wrist. Stretching my Vagus nerve has also helped. I’m 75 and work 12 hours a week as a caregiver bending, lifting and walking. Feel pretty good. Spinal stenosis is an old age problem. Giving into walking with a walker instead of exercise’s and being over weight..
