This album is criminally underrated. To me this is the best Korn album and the essence of what "Korn" sounds and means to me.

Honestly this! This one and The Path of Totality (ok i'm weak when it comes to dubstep shut up) are my top favs they ever recorded. I'm usually quite picky with my music and i end up skipping up to half of songs on stuff i listen to, but this album i can play start to finish on a repeat always

This is one of their darkest times in their careers and it is beautiful. I will forever thank Korn for getting me through all the hell I have been through, in my life. So for those of you that say that you are true fans, if you haven't appreciated every single album Korn has done, and watched the evolution of this band and respected it, then you are not a Korn fan, you are a straight up poser!
Bro the first 3 albums are the best. And it's they what entered my life when most i needed it so that's where my healing is. I couldn't imagine life without korn. Fanaticism =/= enthralled. No one needs to know everything about a band in order to love them. I'm tryin here but this album feels phoned in.
Most of the time, a band's best stuff is their early stuff. Like they're busting to make this awesome music they've been chewing on since teen years, and they just grind it all the fuck out, exercise their demons, then forever after fans are looking for that early sound. Very, very few bands are exempt from this.

I found Korn and slipknot when I was 5 thru my best friends older brother. He played guitar and would practice all the riffs at the time I was hooked. At that age to hear these bands they neverd made me sad or angry I loved the music and it always gave me an optimistic energy I understood the lyrics I just hadn't experienced those feelings so I looked at it differently. I type this listening to counting on me. It's a song I've revisited recently and to say the least it's sep 2021 and everything I got going on has ended abruptly and quite literally get too start over. I don't feel anxious I just feel a need to get it all together. Life's weird
For a lot of Korn fans, might not be the same story behind the song but have lived out the emotions there.

¡Es una chingonería este disco!, para mí sin duda es el mas parecido al KORN 1994, la potencia, el bajo, la voz... Todo es perfecto. No sé porqué a JD no le gusta, probablemente sea porque era el disco de las tensiones antes de la salida de Head, pero sin duda es de los mejores discos.

Nah man I agree. I love this album (still not my favorite). The death metal really shines through on this one, maybe their heaviest record to date. Not that there weren't heavy moments before and after this album, but you gotta admit this one is definitely metal as fuck.

I know JD and the boys don’t care much for it but I think that probably has more to do with the issues they were having personally at the time if I’m honest. JD I know really REALLY dislikes Korn III as well. Pretty much any album he feels is forced he doesn’t care for. But this one? Nah, this one is cover to cover fire. 🪞🪞🪞

It pissed our other mates off soo badly, doubly so when we refused to burn them a copy & told them to support the band by buying it hen it came available. this were the same ones who wanted to scalp the same ticket to KoRn's 2004 Aus tour. x'D

What was everyone's overall thoughts on this album? I got this for my 17th Birthday (I'm 35 now). And tbh it was never my favourite. Thought the songs were kinda weak. "Did my Time" was the best song on the album by far. But there wasn't any other that stood out.
Not gonna lie, albums jamming on 12s but this was the era they tried doing the southern swag rock thing
The same year Godsmack came up with a song very similar to this one if you know what I mean I love both bands and it's great to see that they are both still around
